Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsBoth pools are small. We got the "mountain view room", it's about 1.5-2 times smaller than what it looks like on the photos on Booking (it was ok for us, but still a surprise).
Interior of the rooms, 2 minutes to get to the beach (and the hotel provides an area with lots of sunbeds), food selection for breakfast was ok Staff were very friendly, answered a few questions about local shops and transport. There's a nice area on the rooftop with a bar. You can chill there whenever. Overall we're very satisfied.

The view from breakfast terrace is magnifique! The rooms are big, new and very comfortable. The beach beds are also nice. The staff is more than just polite! HVALA!!!:) P.S. wi-fi is also great, we could do work on laptop even from the balcony. FREE PARKING!

QatarDuring the check in staff of the hotel made a really good impression as they were very helpful and accommodating. In addition, they gave us a free upgrade for a huge apartment at the top floor and made sure my girlfriend received a birthday cake. The view was stunning from both of the balconies, and everything in the hotel is brand new. Breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant had a decent a la carte menu as well. We indeed enjoyed in the hotel and hopefully will come again.

GermanyBefore you read the below let me just say that I am just nitpicking here. Our overall experience was exceptional at Hotel Katamare! I know it is a bit weird to say this about a hotel in country where people enjoy their meat and righteously so (the quality and variations of meat and seafood is excellent), but I would have liked to see a bit more options at breakfast for vegetarians/vegans. Just a bigger selection of sliced cheese would do for example. But in general we never left breakfast hungry or dissatisfied. It was always good! I would also recommend to get a second coffee machine in the breakfast area. That would reduce waiting times for when the machine asks for water refill, beans or cleaning. For us it was not a big problem after we found out how good the coffee from the bar looked and tasted, which you could order a la carte and pay extra, which was totally worth it. The room had some minor quirks which was fine for us, especially considering it's a new hotel. Things tend to take time to settle in after a new hotel opened. Sometimes a fuse went off and some lights stopped working in the room, but we quickly found the fuse box and fixed it ourselves when it happened. No major issue. Again these are just nitpick.
Great new hotel. Very clean wherever you were in the hotel. The staff is awesome, from reception over restaurant to housekeeping. Everybody is always very polite and professional. The room was great. Very comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and a spacious balcony. The roof-top bar and pool area is extremely nice. The beach in front of the hotel (just a couple of steps down) is really beautiful. Sand/tiny pebbles in the sunbed area, in parts a bit bigger stones where the water breaks but as soon as you take the first strokes it's absolutely clear and an absolute joy to go for a swim or snorkel.

The hotel is very good, big and comfortable rooms with wonderful view. On arrival our room was upgraded for free. Breakfast is very good: 4-5 different dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserest, snacks and excellent coffee. Nice and friendly personnel.
