The host met us at the property and explained the key features. He had kept up great contact on the phone up to the point of arrival. There were some great basic food in the apartment for us ; bread, eggs etc … this was much appreciated.

The location is great, near the beach and the old town. The apartment was perfect for our needs (three adults and two children). We didn’t miss a thing. The host was very friendly and helpful. As we arrived quite late, we were very grateful to have some food and drinks waiting for us.

I was a bit confused as expected to have sauna in the apartment's as it was shown on images. But was told all images at the Booking.com are mixed, and sauna is in another flat. We survived w/o sauna, but be sure to check this if it is crucial for you.

Arrived based on gps coordinates, but it was a bit troublesome to find exact door. Luckily after I messaged property, I got answer and host came in 2 minutes with keys. We were allowed to get in 2hrs earlier, which is nice. Property has good facilities including all you need: dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee machines, kitchen with all stuff. Towels, umbrellas, shampoo and soap. A lot of stuff needed for living. Some food including bottle of vine free of charge. Location is just great - 100 meters from the sea, shop and a lot of restaurants. Good wifi included, google TV as well. Room services each day.

Couple of very small nits: 1. Remind visitors to pay the tourist tax (and how to do it). 2. Improve the WiFi signal strength (the apartment is not too big, so probably this was a router setting).

Everything was perfect. The host was very welcoming and the staff was great. The apartment was cleaned every morning so when we got back from the beach it was sparkling clean. It is very big and cozy and has all the facilities that families with small kids need and more. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It is located in the city center and very near the beach so you can walk there. It also includes a free parking spot in the building garage.

Only negativ thing was noisy construction site across the appartment

Everything is like it should be. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and check in went fast and smoothly. The appartment was spacious, clean and was fully equiped with home accessories, nothing was missing. Very friendly cleaning lady came every morning and made sure that all demands were fullfield. There is a private underground garage so you do not have to worry were to leave the car. The position is central so everything is in walking distance. Final impression was...a excellent holiday!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is even better than on the photos. High ceilings, great new building, very clean. The host was great, careful and kind. Everything was prepared for our kid. Great location, sea view and great parking space. Would recommend 100%. Thank you.

The apartment is very clean, big, modern, fully furnished with a beautiful decoration pieces. There is everything you need for living. Location is near the beach and city center. There we wine and fruits on the table and some products for breakfast in the fridge when we arrived ( complimentary) . There is cleaning service every day. Definitely recommend it.

I can recommend this place. The host, the cleaningladies were the best ever, we had Problems with our rental car and needed help, and everybody was so involved with helping us - it was just great. The Apartment was superb as well - we traveled with 2 kids and the parents in law. The place was spaciaous, super clean and close to the beach!

Really minor but the cleaning lady didnt speak a word of English. It was hard to communicate or request smthng from her. Also, someone wqs smoking heavily on level minus 1 and it gave all apartment corridors a heavy smoking smell.

The apartment was super central, close to the restaurants, close to the beach. It was spacious, clean (and regularly cleaned). There is a big supermarket right across the building. Dragana, our host was nice and welcoming. She was fast at replying requests. She even helped us carry the luggages and called us a taxi when we were leaving.

Apartment is perfect and ultra clean. Huge thanx for the cleaning lady! - Thanx for the welcome drinks and food! - apartment is on the 3rd floor with a nice view. once the construction of the opposite house is over, the view will be even better! - the house is next to bazar and parking. the area around the house does not look very clean, because of lazy people leaving trash everywhere, but the situation is the same in the whole country - 2 min and you are on the beach or in the supermarket (closed on sundays), jaz beach - 15 min drive - undergroud parking is very convenient - large bed with comfortable pillows, baby cot - we could not open sofa bed, but managed to move two sofas - which was ok for sleeping too - fresh towels everyday and jacuzzi, which we loved! - breakfast in the hotel (same building) for 5 eur/person was great - transportation to/from apartment was extremely well organised, the driver had a baby seat too (30 eur one way to Tivat airport) We are very pleased with the stay!

Cannot share anything as the all process with the booking was really good and the host super friendly and helpful.

It was one of the best appartment I have been so far. The host was friendly giving us many advices about the city and the welcome us with a local wine and some food that made our staying in Budva incredible. I can just totally reccomend 100% to book this appartment as its close to the beach and to the main attractions in Budva. Amazing experience.

Budva itself is dirty, sometimes filthy. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. The town needs a good clean up and fix up.

New, modern amenities. Perfect location, right in the center of Budva. A minute walk to the beach. Huge Variety of restaurants. Old town is 10 minutes walk. Great service and very responsive owner. Highly recommend!

I just love the place.

Perfectly located to get to the beach (+\-100m), all the restaurants and beautiful short walk along the beach or alternatively a viby street to get to Old Town. Spacious, clean and exceptionally well-equipped. Nice views too of see and mountain. Just perfect!

Unfortunately, there's the construction near the building, and you can see it from the window and hear in the morning, but it's not very distracting.

Good location, a lot of shops/restaurants around the building. The flat is perfectly furnished, you can find whatever you need inside. Very light bedroom and good bathroom with bath.
