Sandra and Slavko are helpful and friendly. The sea view from balcony was beautiful. To the beach you are for 2-3 minutes. Parking was available. So, so pleasure place. Thanks a lots, we loved our stay here and wish to come back!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. -Very close to the beachside -The is a supermarket in the building with free parking -Sandra and her husband are amazing hosts. Would definitely come back again !

Everything about this apartment was perfect. The apartment itself looks so much better in person and the views are beautiful. All of the facilities were well looked after and clean. The owner was always fast to respond. It was the perfect stay, we couldn't recommend it more!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean, several amenities like fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, pots, pans, cups and silverware. Another plus was the allow pets. One of the best apartments we have stayed in all of Europe. It is definitely the best place to stay in Budva, would recommend anyone looking to spend time in Budva/Montenegro to stay in S&S Apartment.

One of the best places I stayed in Montenegro, Sandra and her sisters, was the best hostess I ever met. The apartment was equipped with everything you need to make a meal, there is even diapers for babies beside a beach umbrella. The balcony has the best view in Bečići, the location was perfect, Bečići beach is about 7 mins away walking. Or you can get a car to Budva city which is about 11 mins away. Best thing there is the IDEA supermarket which is downstairs and a cafe

If I could only give this accommodation 12 (even 15) points, I would certainly do it. Sandra is one of the best hosts I've ever come across and the flat is almost perfect. First, it overlooks the sea and in the afternoon the sunlight goes right into the living room. For my light-loving nature that was especially important. Second, the flat was impeccably clean. (Quite a rare case with flats, I should say as an experienced traveller). Third, the kitchen was equipped with lots if utencils, most of which I didn't even need during my stay there. Though it was nice to know they were at hand if you needed them)) Fourth, there's a supermarket on the ground floor which closes at 21.30. And fifth, though the flat is in Bećiči, it takes only a 40-minute pleasant walk along the coast to reach the historic center of Budva. The only problem I had (but which didn't spoil my impression at all) was a bit insufficient water flow in the shower. It took me a bit longer than usual to wash shampoo off my hair) Soooo... Thumbs up and my wholehearted gratitude to Sandra for her hospitality)

Noise from the road at night. However, this problem is easily eliminated by lowering the automatic roller shutter system. And this remark in no way reduces our positive assessment.

The apartments are fully consistent with the description on the site and look just as beautiful as in the photos. The two-room apartment is located on the 5th floor of a seven-storey building, and from the loggia that unites the living room and bedroom, a beautiful view of the sea opens up - the entire Becici Bay and the island of St. Nicholas. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a long stay: refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, rain shower device, TV, full set of kitchen utensils and much more. Very comfortable large double bed. The loggia is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation, as well as a dryer for towels and swimwear. A very convenient moment, the lower floor of the building is occupied by a large IDEA supermarket. It is also convenient to get to the beaches on foot, without sharp descents and ascents - about 50 meters. And, most importantly: the owners of the apartments, Mrs. Sandra and Mr. Slavko, are wonderful, hospitable people, very attentive to their guests. It was a pleasure to meet this young, educated and cultured family. Always in touch, always ready to help, arrange the tourist tax and registration themselves, help with the transfer to the airport and do many nice things (I won't go into details about this so as not to make these hospitality surprises mandatory). The apartment is great, just as it looks in the photos. It has a lot of things that will make your stay comfortable. I really liked how much things had in the kitchen and it has two powerful air conditioners that will heat/cold all the house. The bathroom is great, clean and has hot water all the time. It has a beach view from the balcony but also from the bed. It is a market at the ground floor of the building. The apartment has really all the things necessary and more. The host was so helpful and kind, and helped me a lot with recommendations of places and everything. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lived for a month with my wife. Very nice, lovely view to the mountains and sea. Very friendly host ready to help with anything, including transfer to/from the apartment. We were very pleased by her bringing a bottle of excellent local red wine :) An iDEA supermarket working until 22:00 is located right inside the building so it is was very comfortable to buy something even late in the evening. Good WiFi that didn't let us down although we were both intensely using Internet.

The check in process was a bit annoying. After booking they wrote to tell me I can only come after 3. When I got there at 3 they were still cleaning. They also wanted to come meet me when I left to take the key, but didn’t show up. After writing them they told me to leave the key. It is also a bit on the expensive side.

The apartment is beautiful, new and clean. There is an elevator, grocery shop downstairs and parking in the back. Good AC, nice balcony and well equipped.
