A lovely quiet spot with its own pool. The courteous staff is always ready to assist tourists: provide directions, call a taxi, and more. Excellent value for money.

We arrived in the morning by train. Receptionist checked in to us earlier than usual time. Room was OK, but I would like to add an electrical outlet near another side of bed.

There is a house under construction across the street, but it's not the hotel's fault. Just be prepared that it will be very noisy from 7am.

Not much, some construction work going around but it’s seems to be a general thing all around Bar.

The host, Svetlana, truly amazing and extremely welcoming and helpful, easy to communicate as she is fluent in english. Room and pool were nice as well!

Building construction nearby was quite busy all day till it became dark.

The bed was comfortable. The pool was refreshing. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk away from the beach. It was quiet at night.

We had a good stay at Villa Swan. The location is nice, the rooms are good and the swimming pool is very nice! The host was super kind, we wanted to stay one extra night. This was not possible in the same room but we could move in the new room before 10.00h, this was super!

The location was between a lot of buildings that where under construction. Restaurants, groceries as well as the train and bus station were quite a walk away.

The swimming pool with enough chairs and shadow. The balcony with a view and also chairs and a little table. Bed was comfortable, good airco.

The room was really small - was good for one week, would be too small for a longer stay. No possibility to cook in the room. Even a small breakfast (coffee and pastry) in the lobby in the morning would bring additional points.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool (although small) is definitely a plus! The room was small but cozy. The furniture was all in a good shape. Everything worked.

Cherry picking: the pillows were relatively hard and there was a busy street in the vicinity as well as a construction site next to the hotel which caused noise, though the balcony door isolated from the noises perfectly.

Our room was extremely clean and was refreshed daily by the room service, nice little pool that could used nearly as throughout the day and night, about 7 min walk to the beach and center of town, very friendly and helpful manager.

I really recommend this place. Very good price quality ratio. Good location, easily walkable to the beach and stores. There is also a bus stop nearby, with the bus to Stari Bar (which I recommend to see) Good communication with staff prior to arrival, really kind and helpful. The room was OK, clean, with a comfy bed and spacious balcony. The location is quiet and safe. There is a small parking lot in front of the villa, and a few spaces nearby. There is also a pool.

Not necessarily a bad thing, but just to let you know that you have to pay cash.

The host was extremely helpful and reactive to all my messages and to all my questions. When we got there, she was very welcoming and already trying to help us. She litterally sent me the train shcedules and bus schedules I needed to get to Albania, even called the bus station and train station to verify the info, she was soooooooo nice! The room was great, location is in a quiet neighboorhod and the bus to stari bar is nearby !

Fridge has no freezer so you cannot buy ice cream as it will melt. Pool was not open yet but look delightful if it was. Huge construction site next to Villa woke everyone up at 7:00 each day.

Location is close to Sports Hall but quite a walk to the grocery markets... definitely need a car or Taxi to take shopping bags back. Wifi works perfectly inside the villa but with every place in Bar as soon as you leave the wifi access in either accommodations or coffee shops you have no internet. Tried one of the touring Mtel internet Sim cards which took a trip to their head office to get it to work. Then you have wifi, internet where ever.

We stay 9 days in the villa and it would be nice if the room would be cleaned at least once.

The location of the villa is perfect, in quite are but pretty close to everything, sea, promenade, bus and train stops. The rooms are small but enough and have beautiful view to the sea.
