•As an older person with a heavy suitcase, I found the steep slope/steps option to be treacherous. Next time I will try to book a room on the same level as the elevator. •There was not a restaurant in easy walking distance.

•Environmentally friendly; for example, motion sensitive lights in hallways. •The complementary breakfast was delicious. •The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Terrible location. No stores or restaurants near by to eat at. No outdoor space. Very busy traffic area. Room sparse. No water glasses, hairdryer, coffee maker, kleenex even.

I booked the room selection that I always do but upon arrival I was told that I have to pay more to get the room I wanted. A fridge is needed so I book a room with one but I they said I booked a lower priced one without it. Very disappointed.

Our room was very small will little room for anything but the king size bed. We had a much larger room last year. In future,, we will make sure to book the larger room.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff who spoke English. Close to the bus terminal and airport. Happy hour for guest in the restaurant.

Your requests for prepayment via an OpenPay link to hold a reservation are very frustrating. I tried 3 different links sent to me via What's App and also via email and had no luck. On each of the 3 links I tried 3 different credit cards (Visa, Master Card and AMEX) and received an error message every time. My Spanish is not very good, and I am hard of hearing, so after going back and forth over a two day period, I was on the verge of canceling and trying a different hotel. Fortunately the person on your staff was very patient and she agreed to forgo the prepayment requirement and hold the reservation for me until 8pm on the check-in date..

The bed had no top sheet. There was a blanket with a thin sheet on top of the blanket but no one wants to sleep with a blanket on their skin. Better bedding is needed.

Very dirty floor in the room on the first floor. The only window was looking at a staircase and very dark hallway. The room light had to be on all the time during the day.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good Mexican breakfast included, nice room with good AC, comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the airport. We ate street tacos at a place that was a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Really fun.

Staff wasn't very enthusiastic about helping us find somewhere to order food and have it delivered. When we asked about stores close by she just said there were a couple close by. A map would have been nice.

I was given a room with 2 twin beds…it was extremely narrow. I’m a petite woman and could barely squeeze around to walk. There was no balcony making it feel even smaller and cramped. My sink didn’t drain, bedside lamp barely worked, and AC unit was installed very high up above the bathroom door…condensation dripped from it and made a mess on the floor causing a slip hazard. When I arrived, the AC had not been turned on. My room was 86°—it cooled down fairly quickly after I figure out how to operate the unit. Considering the price per night, these are minor issues.

Convenient location, clean room, interesting concept—to use cargo containers to construct a hotel! Very cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was VERY good.

As all hotels along this main road in Puerto Vallarta, they are affected by traffic noise.

The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very nice, helpful, and friendly. The standard room is very, very small but it was very clean and sufficient for a one night stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sheets and towels were white (clean) and in good condition. The shower had good availability of hot water and good water pressure. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as it offered more options than we expected and provided something for every taste, both a good selection of hot and cold foods. The common areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained, and provide several pleasant patio areas to sit and relax. Check in and check out were good. It is easy to take an Uber or a bus to and from the hotel.

Rooms are very small. There's a wood sawing place next door, so can be noisy

Super helpful staff. Very clean, great shower with lots of hot water. Beautiful little rooftop seating area. Great breakfast if you're not vegan, otherwise virtually nothing.
