it’s very quiet at night, didn’t see an indoor bar and there are no umbrellas for the sun beds so for pale ones like me it was a bit tricky, the included breakfast was good one day and bad another.

The drinks at the pool bar where expensive and terrible. We just went to the Oxxo across the street and bought drinks to enjoy at the beach and in our hot tub.

Beautiful place on the beach. The concierge are so helpful. The room was massive and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We had breakfast included that was served so nicely and abundantly.

The restaurant is very expensive. They know you don't have many choices other than driving at least 15 minutes to the next town. The hotel is aging, though well maintained, there is no elevator.

Location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful and so calm it feels like a lake. There is a dolphin place across the street and every service within walking distance. The included breakfast was great.

The service was 5 star, outstanding. Pedro is easy to find and always attentive and willing to help, unconditionally. My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay and we are looking forward to coming back. We ordered 5 things on the menu at their restaurant every day and did not get tired of it.

The gym needs atención as some equipment is rusty and perhaps a more suitable flooring is needed. The drinks at the beach bar are a bit expensive and no 't competitive with the ones at the bars at the restaurant stip near the dolphins.

Just some feedback for the hotel, so they can improve & become even better: - The staff get lazy sometimes with cleaning the beach, that means there is some sargasso sometimes. While it’s not necessary, if they clean it 1-2 times during the day. Really remarkable… and such a missed opportunity!!! - Service level of the staff can be improved, for example: prepare change & pin for the payment when delivering room service, so they don’t have to walk back again and again.. Much more time & cost efficient and a better customer experience. - The Building itself is a bit outdated & need some maintenance

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. I would say 3+. Its quite old and rooms smell of humidity and mold. The service is mediocre. However the location and view make you forgive everything.

We had two rooms. One (101) did not have a separate entrance to the pools, or to the garden and to the sea. We had to walk around the reception, but that's not a problem. A bit complicated breakfast system. If you have a pre-ordered breakfast (for example, American, which are the most expensive) it is problematic then change them for others (even cheaper), which are on the menu. I do not recommend booking a room with breakfast included (if possible). Food and drinks at the hotel are overpriced compared to prices right next to the hotel. It is a pity because if the prices were only a little better, more hotel guests would use them.

Accommodation is excellent. It has a great location right on a nice beach suitable for swimming and snorkelling. Near about 100-200 meters from the shore is a coral reef, where you can easily swim and snorkel (you will see corals, various fish, mantas ...). You only have to go on other coral reefs by rented a boat with a guide, and here you have it right at the hotel beach for yourself! (this is a big advantage for Mexican conditions) The ground floor rooms have their own large hot tub on the terrace, which you will appreciate when it always cools down after a storm and rain ... Near the hotel is a promenade full of good-value restaurants. You will see dolphins and seals from the restaurant. (there is a training ground for dolphins and seals)

- the tool they were using EVERY morning to clean outside is very noisy, like a water pump, so every morning it’s been so loud noise from early morning to late morning, I bet less noisy tools are available so I hope they’ll update it - other people hot tub might be heard at night time if you are a light sleeper - the included breakfast doesn’t offer options over the extensive menu, so if you have it included you can’t chose, which is very weird - occasional influencers might ruin the otherwise peaceful environment - the entire surroundings is built for USA tourism so you won’t really experience Mexico in there - the dolphins are trapped in a small area, poor guys 🙏 - a lot of guests love to throw food at seagulls so you might find yourself fighting for your food in a Hitchcock movie against seagulls

- location is great for relax: beachfront, pool and hot tub - place is well maintained and cleaned - everything seemed clean, although because of the location some insects and bugs are to be found around - staff was helpful and patient - security is potent, never felt safer even leaving everything I own on the beach - there are dolphins - beach has service so you can have all sort of food and drinks delivered to you while you stare into the blue

We were there to fish so we were up early before breakfast was available. But we did have breakfast the last day and it was very good. In general the food at the hotel is very good. Everything on the grounds were very nice and clean.

The pools were dirty(floating debris) and the water was cloudy in every pool, except the shallow kiddy pool area! We normally spend all our time poolside ordering drinks, but that wasn't an option with how disgusting the water looked! They may need to look into replacing whoever or whatever pool company they use! Also, the restaurant was understaffed & so the service was terrible some days. You could order a coffee and wait 10-15 minutes before receiving any coffee. They were all trying to get you what you wanted but due to staffing, the wait was too long! :(

The ocean view from the room was beautiful. All of the staff was very friendly and willing to help! Our rooms were nice & clean. We enjoyed the reserved beach area for guest & the ease of access to walk the beach! Reserved beach area could be a little bigger? :)

Captive dolphins in small pens 😡 Property is dated. The lamp shade next to bed had many dark stains. It’s in a gated community with a golf course. Not great snorkeling (few small fish).

We had a problem and we tried to receive help from front desk, which was very poor and disappointed. They failed to communicate properly what they could do and didn't offer any alternatives, hospitality isn't their language. We have seen better responses from teenagers working at Starbucks, this speaks volumes that they don't care to offer you a nice stay. After the incident, neither manager or front desk made us feel welcome (they really need training). Imagine having to pay for that kind of treatment. It's a four stars hotel on the beach, but it feels more like a motel. There are so many options around the Riviera Maya with better quality and environment. You won't get what you pay at this hotel. (Included breakfast is very cheap quality, they don't want to give alternatives, it gets boring after the second day)
