Unfortunately the pillow was too low for me. Perhaps you could offer guests the choice of two pillows?

The location - very easy to get anywhere from the hotel with the tram just outside the door. The view was amazing!

The room is a bit small. Awful coffee.

The Hotel is in a strategic position near Nybrua tram stop. We Visited the city using the tram. Fast Check-In and Check out. Good and rich breakfast.

Location was great .Breakfast was amazing .personal was very helpfull .We stayed 1009 room and view was good.We need help always someone there .price and performance was equal .there are peacfull sitting area in lobi and close to River .you could walk in the morning .If we go there we would stay here again .

Hotel in great location, just in front of tram stop. Lovely breakfast, great variety. Not a lot of amenities nearby, however its easy to jump into tram and get wherever within minutes

The price / value is very good. No luxury but very decent standard hotel room with all the facilities you need for a business stay. Clean, comfortable bathroom and bed, sufficient space for hanging clothes and storing a bag, Ok lighting and desk with lamp. Very good price for the standard and the location. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.

Lifts were not working or really busy at breakfast times so walked 9 flights a few times. Ok for me but this might not be an option for others. The guy who checked me in around 1am was helpful and friendly but just before I check out I made lady on reception aware that I had been able to smell cigarette smoke in the room on and off throughout my stay. Wanted to make them aware so they could find out if there was an issue but she didn’t seem bothered. Room very basic and no black out curtains. Bedside shelf was falling off wall.

Location was great for where I needed to go. Easy walk from railway station. Breakfast included. Easy check in and check out.

I didn’t like that there was no tea making facility in the room . The room could have come with nicer shampoo and conditioner etc . Toilet a bit outdated

The hotel room was clean But i did not get a renovated room The breakfast is amazing . Plenty of hot and cold options. Felt like brunch as it had salads and pasta too

The views weren't great, there was no thermostat in the room and the TV channels were very limited.

Had a smell in bathroom but staff unable to move us that night and felt we weren’t believed despite security saying they could smell sewage It settled by the next morning but no apology given although offered to move to another room

The room was spacious with an ensuite. I could not turn on the TV, information I think should be given at the reception that if you like TV you do such and such or our TVs have no programs working.
