The extra bed was the worst and very uncomfortable and the room was so small for three people when we lived the first time. After two days, we lived again, the bed still was not changed. Little receptionist were not friendly!

We were pleased that we were able to change rooms after We suffered little sleep due to a long fight among the homeless outside our window all night long.

Booked a room for 3 adults, however amenities are provided for 2 adults, need to request. There is a pillar in the middle of the room, a weird layout! No electric teapot, need to borrow from reception.

Location, very convenient. Fantastic breakfast, must try.

As I mentioned in my last comments: Neutral room decoration will be better.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is in general very good with a variety of food and drinks to select from, however, as a Muslim I could not get an omelet due to a lack of clean utensils (not tainted with pork) and the lady was too busy to accommodate my request due to the number of other customers waiting. The hotel staff are exceptional.

Perfect location, across from train station. Short walk to opera and Munch museum. Room is modern, clean and beds are comfortable. Very good breakfast with many choices, something for everybody. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast.

The bathroom was nicely appointed but the step up into it was awkward. A lot of water ended up on the floor so the bath mat was soaked. Just a different set up than what I’m used to. Our room location faced the street so the noise of people at 1-4 a.m. was annoying .

I didn’t have a room phone, in my ( lux room ), the reason from the staff some rooms don’t have phones, one staff member told me to use my mobile to order room service, But I DON’T KNOW THE NUMBER, also my sim is international so it be very expensive to do so, very disappointing. I have been traveling since the 70’S this is the first time I get a room without a phone.

Great location! Walked there from the bus station and took the airport bus (Flybussen) two blocks away when we left. Good attention and very clean. Great shower. Rooms are small but I was aware when I booked. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The lobby is always full of people and looks too busy as if some important events are going on. Luckily we didn’t plan to stay or sleep at the lobby.

The rooms are spacious-237 sqf, the bathroom is huge ( we had superior rooms) at 13 th floor with fantastic views. It’s location couldn’t be better as 4 min walk to train station and 20 min walk from harbor where all the ferries and cruises dock. Plenty restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance ( eg. the Munch museum, Opera House etc). Staff are friendly. The most amazing thing is breakfast- — often causing headaches as you need to decide among hundreds of choices. High quality food though. The gym is classy and of high quality. Didn’t use sauna nor pool. The hotel stores your luggage free if you get there too early.
