We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayBreakfast starting at 0700 when a lot of people, have meetings in town at 0800, feels a bit late. Also for an airport hotel. Clarion Copenhagen airport serves breakfast from 0530 for example. Training facilities could also open earlier.

United KingdomShower was terrible, very little pressure. Would have had a better shower stood outside if it were to rain. If you want anything in the room bar, (water etc)you have to go downstairs to get it.
Impressive inside, lovely reception, bar, restaurant. Room was nice and a decent size. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic, buffet for both and would highly recommend others do the same. The choice is excellent and high quality. Free parking right next to the hotel.

Room is normal and confortable, Perfect location, close to airport! Good breakfast and delicious buffet (dinner). The hotel is well equiped and staff is professional.

United KingdomSOME staff were quite dismissive and unhelpful. If you don’t know that next door there is a pizza-pasta restaurant, just say you don’t know, not say there isn’t anything nearby. By contrast, Restaurant staff were great.
Evening meal buffet offered great food and the best value for money meal we have had anywhere in Norway. Room was typical corporate formula, but very well equipped, very quiet and super comfortable.

The hotel location is near to the airport but the way is a bit tricky especially if you are walking with luggage as no public transport available to reach hotel, The dIt is around 400 meters, We landed at 11:00 pm night, Take left from the airport & reach near the train station gate & go down through the walking tunnel & you will reach the hotel, I have attached some photographs for reference that will help other to find the tunnel way. Important info : It is difficult to get a mobile phone sim card nearby gas stations/airport

NetherlandsThe shower holder was broken and some parts of furniture were "dusty as Hell". Confusion about booked room - Booking.com clearly printed that the price was for 3 persons. Hotel said only that it was a room for 2 persons. I sent proof to the hotel receptionist, he said attachments are not visible - finally we got the room as booked, but the attitude of the receptionist was a bit revolting.
Convenient, close to the highway and good breakfast (until 10:30 AM). The beds are comfortable also for the third person.

We were only there for 6 hours - upgraded to a suite and watched the sunrise and set from our bed which was wonderful. Impressed that they offered a breakfast option at 4.30 am before we left for airport. Easy walking distance from station and airport.
