My stay at this motel was disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly, and the room was not as advertised. The old sofa bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the refrigerator had a rotten smell. I wouldn't recommend this motel.

I did not have breakfast. In fact I did not know that there was breakfast. I would have appreciated if it was informed to me while checking in. I appreciated the many facilities provided which includes an iron and an ironing table. Thanks One negative point was, the fridge was rusted at the bottom. Please change it immediately.

Parking is very tight, luckily I have a small car The fridge made a loud buzzing noise but I managed to stop it by moving the fridge around abit. The room & linen outdated, but it was fine for 1 night. There is no aircon but a small fan & heater were provided in the room

It’s on a busy street so the road noise was a bit loud and the view of the parking lot was unappealing but the location of the hotel was convenient.

It was very conveniently located near public transit and restaurants. The layout of the room was very comfortable with a kitchenette and 2 single beds in a bedroom and a Queen bed in the main area each with separate doors going to the bathroom. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were great.

We needed to park our car on the road due to full cark park but the road was short distance to walk from so not too bad.

The location was perfect, very central and just what we were after. The price was low and we were upgraded to a two bedroom unit which was a bonus! The unit was pretty tired but this was to be expected with a low price, if it was upgraded it would have been double the price due to the location. We found the unit to be very clean and tidy, everything worked fine and we were comfortable, would definitely book again.

Facilities are a bit tired. Fridge was a bit old but did the job. Towels were rather hard.

Very good location - close to the train station. Overall was excellent for what we needed. Will stay there again. Beds were OK - good to have the separate room with the 2 single beds. Carpet was new so made for a pleasant room.

No air conditioning, only has heater and be careful how much hot water you use. Hot water is only available for shower not at the wash basin so in winter it’ll be cold when you wash your hands

Very convenient with the Mt Albert train station next to it. Easy access to several eateries nearby. There is food for both the east and the west. The cafes are affordable and nice.

Parking is a real issue, very tight and not many. Steps going upstairs didn't looking to safe. Also walking along the top floor was very slippery. Also the fact that some people turned up around 1am and were so loud and nothing was done about it. Didn't respect the quiteness of the place. Rooms could also do with a much a touch of paint and items replaced if getting old.

Car parking is a little limited. The walls are thin so we could hear all movement from the room above us. There is no air conditioning so the room can be pretty warm on a hot night. Fortunately there was a fan in the room to partially offset this.

The motel is easy to get to and very close to public transport to get into the CBD. The motel room was clean and the bed comfortable.
