We had booked two rooms and would have been great for the other room to be on the same floor or have had easy access to the main room with the elevator. There was a lot of going down to collect the other family members.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was excellent with awesome views over the city and the location to the Spark Arena and Auckland City was exactly what we wanted.

I could hear children playing and adults laughing in the neighboring units. Also, the portable air conditioner was noisy and it was on a timer in the evenings where it switched off several times.

The location was excellent because it was close to my exams and the hotel was very accommodating with allowing me to use the parking space until I finished my exams. Also, the bed was very comfy.

The parking was tight in the hotel car park, but I'm glad we booked as there was no available street parking. The hotel had great views of the harbour and the Tower, especially at night. Also, it was very easy to walk through the city from the hotel with a heap of eating options close by.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, really had to push the button quite hard to get it flush completely, took a few attempts every time. The dryer did not turn off through the timer on it so we went out for the day & the dryer was on ALL DAY. The apartment itself smelt like cigarette, as if someone prior had smoked in the apartment quite heavily. The TV wasn’t very equipped with much to do, been a smart tv with Netflix etc installed but unable to use, had normal cable tv tho. Would have been handy to be able to chrome cast or something as we had kids & at night as a family we wanted to chill & watch a movie after a long day out exploring. Isn’t very sound proof, could hear a lot of the nose coming from outside, loud music.

The location is perfect, close to almost everything. Lots of shops around, close to city centre. Public carparks close by if you haven’t reserved parking at property (public parking also cheaper) staff were friendly & helpful.

The small balcony and I payed for a harbour view but had to lean over the balcony to actually see the harbour.

The property _room needed maintenance and a face lift. Paint was peeling on the walls, the fridge froze everything you put in it

Only one of the toilet buttons worked and there was a huge vent and box in the corner of the room by the bed. Overall, the bathroom facilities could be cleaned a bit better.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with parking and talking us through the facility! It was a good location, but it is hard to find a park near the building to check in without having to go to park in the Wilson building.

Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi has a limit on the number of users and data usage. Also, something seems to be not working quite. Additionally, the parking is not free.

Location The hotel is located right at the heart of the city, which means you can easily walk to all the exciting attractions, restaurants, and public transport options.
