A comfortable and quiet room that has a good layout and room. It is in a central location which is great for checking restaurants and bars.

Some of the dishes weren’t very clean which was unfortunate and the drain cover in the bathroom floor kept slipping off the drain

I loved the spaciousness, the facilities were also great. I ADORED the view and the huge windows. The shower was a huge highlight, and overall the suite was super comfy and lovely.

The room needs a deep clean. Very dusty. Pillows were all ruffled and bed not made with hospital corners. No batteries in the tv remote, one of the lamps didn't work and had to request toilet paper the first night.

The location was perfect for us as lots of eateries around and the bus depot was right there to catch our transport for our friend's wedding. Reception staff very lovely. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The unit comes with washing machine and dryer, but unfortunately the laundry wasn't working. But the staff were great, said they will fix the matter after we checked out.

We booked the Deluxe apartment, it is very spacious. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The staff were lovely too. Great window view of the square and clocktower. Very close to the Plaza mall. Loads of food restaurants near the hotel. Would

overall, pretty good experience when I booked the rooms called direct to hotel but was told to book on line which I did though booking .com a month to six weeks before my stay. Was given a booking confirmation but not a tax invoice! when I called was told I couldn't get a taxi invoice until I had checked in Which gave my expenses team fits and complaints? cause I had paid a month before and incurred late payment penalties. Just frustrating at the time AT check out front deck was very helpful and friendly.

Only two things bothered me - firstly there were no windows that were able to be opened, so no outside air access. Secondly, the room had no full-length mirror, which surprised me. There may be full length mirrors in other rooms, but not in my studio. Otherwise, no other issues at all.

Location very central, right next to The Square and excellent shopping malls and shops, supermarket, entertainment, and dining options very close. The room was a reasonable size, well maintained and with good plates/cutlery utensils, good sized fridge, kitchenette bench space and cupboards. All standard items were present. Daily cleaning was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young woman on the desk on Sunday.

Trying to get in through the doors of my room with my bags. I used the trolley and it was so bad for steering and the corners were very tight

The location is excellent - lots of restaurants, fast food places around, free carparking on the street, mall is 2 minutes walking distance.

The hand soap dispenser (labelled unrefillable) was empty, we ended up using the provided face soap bar, I'm not sure what the difference is but some liquid hand soap would've been good. The only major issue we had was that at about 7:30 in the morning the air con started leaking icy water, which was particularly unfortunate as the AC unit is installed above the head of the bed.

Bed was firm but not hard, wasn't lumpy, pillows were reasonably comfortable. The view was good, looking out over the square, large windows across two walls of the room. Shower was a good size. Small smart tv was good to have. The aircon was a lifesaver as it was extremely warm and humid the night we stayed.

The room was very spacious and nice to relax in and enjoy the outlook. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was functional.
