had items in the fridge but there were no price list - checked with staff and these weren’t complimentary which was quite sneaky. photos Showa gym but this is at an extra cost and different location. the breakfast was not great - stale croissant and a tablespoon of yoghurt to have with cereal was pretty much all that was offered.

gorgeous two bedroom suite with full kitchen. chrome cast tv, location was fantastic - huge park right outside and a new world within 5 min walk. modern facilities

The building was a little hard to find.

Lovely big apartment with very good views. Close to the the sky tower. A good walk to the main shopping area and down to the harbour area. Coffee at the reception area was very nice.

it suited our needs well so no complaints

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The location across from the park was nice to go for a walk. We were given a three bedroom apartment instead of the one bedroom that we had booked so the extra space was useful. The washer/dryer was handy as we had travelled for a month. We found having this convenience handy at different apartments along our tour. The staff are very obliging and as with most places these days they have to multitask due to staff shortages, which they did without any hesitation.

The second bedroom has no window, and neither bedrooms have air conditioning or an opening window. We had to leave the bedroom door open to get some air in the night from open balcony door. One bathroom - and no fan or aircon so quite steamy after 4 showers. No room service for our 2 nights. Staff got friendly when we left but otherwise a bit grumpy.

The living area and balcony are really lovely.

The place was quite tired. It may need a spruce up by repainting walls and skirting boards etc. There are nicks out of kitchen cupboards etc. The frying pan had the non-stick coating coming off. The salt and pepper shakers were grubby. There were only 2 mugs. The apartment on first opening the door brought a waft of a strong cleaning product smell. It was not that pleasant, but we opened the doors and it faded away after a while. Will stay again, its a good place for the price and so close to everything. We like the space to have three adults with their own rooms in one apartment, which is hard to find in Auckland. This is our third stay.

Great location, facilities, and comfy beds. Great large and sunny apartment for 3 women in our own rooms. The cafe downstairs is a great bonus and car parking is on site. This is the third time we have stayed here.

The windows didn't block off all the sounds of the city. Although the air conditioning worked, it was very noisy, made screeching sounds that would have kept us and other people awake all night, so we turned it off. I did inform reception about the problem. Although it was great that breakfast was included in the price, it was very limited and served in the reception area..

Large airy apartment. Ours was a corner apartment, big floor to ceiling windows and a small balcony. Great laundry facilities, washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.

It was in an odd part of town and did not have the views that were shown in the photos. Also, to say that it is "staffed" isn't really right. There's a coffee shop downstairs and that person checks you in.

The unit was extremely spacious and comfortable.

the property needs maintenance to match its high market positioning: our dryer did not work, the TV did not have any chrome cast function working, the bathroom lamp was faulty. over our stay (three days) none of these got fixed. breakfast was included but very basic and always the same.
