Had an excellent stay. Both, Wayne and Anthea, were so friendly and welcoming. They made our stay a memorable one. The property, with the sea views, is just what you need if you’re in the Greymouth/Hokitiki area.

The unit faces the sea and when you are relaxing inside the room or seated on the small table and chairs directly outside I was conscious of anyone staying in the adjoining room whom could walk out of their unit and see into ours. However there were privacy light curtains that you could keep closed if you wished and once a neighbour was aware you were next door they were always respectful of our space directly outside of the unit. This would absolutely not put us off from staying again.

The accommodation felt luxurious with a very comfortable bed, quality linen bedsheets and cover and fabulous modern bathroom, great shower. Added extras of chocolates on our arrival was thoughtful. Huge range of coffee, teas and a coffee machine with pods were provided. Breakfast cereals were also provided which I had not expected and the choice given of regular, low-fat or fresh raw farm milk! The views of the Tasman sea were stunning and just as advertised in pictures. Host welcoming and able to advise on walks in the area. I would highly recommend.

If we could have stayed longer

Spectacular view, which we expected, but we were also delighted to find the most comfortable mattress ever. The hosts provided a fully stocked kitchen, including delicious farm fresh milk and even a frother!

what a gem. This is a fabulous spot 5 mins South of Greymouth overlooking the Tasman Sea. Anthea and Wayne are fantastic hosts and very welcoming. The accommodation is new and modern with a beautiful decor and everything you need. Very reasonably priced

It would be perfect if there's a stove or an oven. Would made it even better if there's a heated towel rail. A mirror in the wardrobe would be nice Pillow was too soft

This place is incredible! A modern yet cosy studio with a fantastic view over the Tasman Sea. Anthea & Wayne are great hosts who have an eye for the little things. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend it.

The apartment was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The bed, sheets, towels were all top of the line. The shower was especially nice, very luxurious. It had more than everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable including a nice selection of coffees, teas, and breakfast cereal. But one of the best features was being able to sit out on the patio, hear the sea, and watch the sunset. The hosts, Wayne and Anthea, were so lovely to meet and talk to, and very accommodating with anything we needed. I’m only sorry we couldn’t stay longer! But, hopefully, we will be back someday!

For some this may be too far out of Greymouth.

This is lovely. The hosts are very welcoming. Wayne suggested we visit Pancake Rocks and it is a great sight. We also tried the local brewery for dinner. The chocolate in the room was delicious!
