Expect to be isolated from the rest of Papeete, taxi’s are expensive and the food options very over-priced for what is on offer.

Peaceful and clean with a beautiful view of Moorea. The fitness centre is well equipped.

People smoking below our balcony ruined the use of the balcony. the Tahiti Fashion Festival ruined the solitude of the resort where very loud thumping music starting at 4:00 pm until late into the night. Some area were off limits and unavailable without notice.

lagoon, most staff were excellent. Bellman and front desk were top notch! Le lotus staff were excellent. Room service and housekeeping excellent. A few of the breakfast crew were snobby.

Absolutely beautiful the pools lagoon beaches were stunning . We really enjoyed the show on our last night . Our room had the most beautiful view especially sunset.

Long line to do the Check Out in the morning. We almost got late in the airport because that. Not enough employees. We book a taxi to bring us to the airport and they did not got the taxi. No pool services on Sunday.

Positive: The pool and the garden is very nice.

Depressing Lobby and stained corridor carpets. Needs a huge design review. Dated, tired interiors. Food is average and comparable in price to the fabulous 5-Star island resorts but this hotel doesn’t deliver on the comparable interiors, surroundings, level of service or overall style, hence disappointing. Feels like no more than a 3-Star hotel.

Grounds are lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.

The InterContinental Hotel in Tahiti is a large property, located on a snorkeling reef, or lagoon area for water sports.

It would be nice to add shuttle service from the airport and some television channels in English. The bed was a little firm for our taste.

The room was modern, clean & beautiful. The food was good. Excellent customer services from the staff at this hotel. The bungalow over the water is magical.

checkin slow and transfer of booking data to room reservation not done properly resulting in a long checking process. room allocated was not as booked . This was rectified on the second night . buffet food was not good quality . opt for a la carte dining at the resort .

the property has the potential to regain its former glory but it is showing its age . staff try hard to make the stay pleasant but they are battling an aging hotel .

Only stayed one day prior to our flight leaving.

We stayed in one of the newly built premier huts over the water. It was better than we anticipated it would be after reading the low-ish reviews for, what we guess must be, the older rooms. We also booked the Michelin Star restaurant early. It's essential to set this up prior to arriving if you want in, and it's worth it. Best meal in French Polynesia.

We went to dinner at the Le Lotus on our last night, the service was horrible. We basically had to beg for water, never had enough. Could not get staff to stop at our table, that we had a reservation for, they would just walk by and ignore us.

Our over the water bungalow was everything you would expect and more. The infinity pool was our favorite pool, that we hung out at all day. The day room with a shower was perfect after a long flight.
