There might be risks specially when emergency arises, ex: fire. Since the pods are locked, it might be difficult to go out. Hope they could implement or give instructions on what to do in emergency cases.

The place was clean and getting food is convenient cause 7eleven is just right below.

The lady receptionist at checkin seems to be neutral while explaining things to me about the place. Also, there is this 1 regular gay patron and he speaks too loud and he's too noisy at the lounge area..Very irritating. He is staying at 510B/511B. I was assigned a top bunk but when you move around, there is a slight creaking noise so the person below might get disturbed.. Also, on the shower/cr area, there was a lady and a lesbian staff inside talking to each other while the lesbian staff is cleaning the area... Kinda awkward.. I suppose its more appropriate if male staffs would be the ones to clean the male shower area. It would be nice to have 2 towels instead of just 1.. And it would be better if you will also provide at least a pair of disposable slippers for the guests.. The ventilation inside the pod is not that comfortable even if you have the fan turned on. So you might need to open your pod door a bit to get that aircon breeze from outside. But overall, my experience and stay was pleasant... Kudos to Dormitos. Thanks and see you again... 👍

Nothing. My stay, although short, was great. Speaking from someone looking for a short but secure and comfortable stay.

Staff were great, very accommodating and friendly. The hotel, in general, was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.

I booked the type of pod but the guard (since i checked in late night) is very helpful and assisted me of getting a new room type without me doing anything from my end (guard mentioned that he will take care of informing the staff when they come the following day). this is very very helpful despite my mistake~

The amenities, I had a lot of hair fall after using their shampoo, my hair was indeed dry after showering, the location, it's kind of difficult to locate, and also sometimes inside the pod, there are times that it is hot I wish they could make it more colder, since it is kulob.

I love how clean the facility is, the staffs are friendly and they accommodate you properly. And I was also able to pray on the hallway which is nice they did allow me to do so.

Accidentally charged my sister another full night so I had to call from overseas. Was apparently non refundable even tho they're the ones who stuffed up. After getting permission from manager, refund option was apparently going to charge my sister a 2% fee. Luckily, she's staying again so extended that stay instead.

Booked this place for my sister and she said she had a pleasant stay. Had a full 8 hour sleep which was a much needed recharge before she went back to work again. Was clean and comfortable.

There were some pods that were damaged like knobs for the lights and theres a crack on the key card card inserter. Bed foams can be thicker its a bit hard when you turn to your sides. We are not sure if the vaults inside the pods are functional. But all in all it was a pleasant stay and we plan to come back again.

Its clean and neat and unique! They also provided towels, hanger and toiletries!

Staff were friendly and accommodating except for when I was asked about my extension for one more hour, but generally they were courteous as they assisted me going down especially that I had a luggage. I initially thought it was going to be small and claustrophobic but I was fairly surprised it was quite spacious inside for myself. Not only was it quiet but it was also a very clean accommodation. For it's price it's quite the deal already. I just wanted to try a capsule type of hotel or pod-like stays but I will now be considering it for the next time I'm in the area.

Maybe the locker? It's reasonable naman for the price of the stay. Kung iri-rate ko, siguro mga 9 stars lang. Okay naman na sa size.

From the complimentaries (masks, alcohol, etc.), everything was exceptional. The guard on duty took care of everything. He deserves a raise. All-rounder staff sya. There was no staff at the front desk because I arrived at night, but the guard knows what to do. Solo lang si kuya pero naasikaso nya lahat. Hanggang sa mag-early checkout ako, tinulungan nya pa ko sa mga gamit ko, and he made sure to check my ride with the Grab driver bago ako umalis. Kuya Guard deserves 10 stars, too.

When I try to move inside the capsule rooms and accidentally hit the walls, it makes loud sounds, I'm afraid I get other guests distracted.

Bad communication, nothing worse in my opinion while travelling in a foreign country and the premises doesn’t respond to several messages . I received a generic message the day before check in.

the location is far from the city center and about 15-20 minutes walking from the nearest tram station. what we didn’t like the most was the fact that they didn’t let us leave our luggage there before check in / after check out so we had to pay an additional night to leave our luggage there. this issue is very big specially when backpacking in a budget.

the staff was very friendly and supportive. the facilities were extra clean and the capsules are very comfortable.

It had a nice quiet atmosphere even when outside is little busy sometimes. How the place being neat and tidy is so amazing. The facilities and freebies are simple but good enough to let you have a comfortable stay. The staffs are friendly, even the guard 🤣
