Hotel rooms very small especially bathroom with no counter space and terrible water pressure. Set up was a bit awkward with no hanging access with the exception of the closet. Construction noise an issue, with limited amenities with the exception of the bar/restaurant. The restaurant was okay…bit overpriced…would have appreciated a better morning/coffee amenities option for in room (coffee maker, vending machine).

Location was great due to it being beach front; front desk, bartenders and cleaning crew were very nice.

Lady receptionist cold and unwelcoming. Bedroom windows didn't open to the sea. Bathroom tiny and showers cold evening and next morning. .We had to shower in another room's dirty bathroom as no maintenence guy to resolve it.

I had a beach view and disliked how the windows were permanently shut. I would have loved to hear the wave sound at night but couldn’t even get fresh air because it was permanently shut.

Rooms are super tiny, I was there Four nights and we didn’t have hot water in the shower. Comes in waves of 10 to 15 seconds and cold water comes for more time . Lighting also bad.

The room was really small. It was damp and smelled of humidity. You could hear people coming and going, talking and such.

The beach was beautiful and the restaurant was nice. They have high quality toilet paper, hair dryer, AC, iron, TV and internet. The bed was comfy.

Tiny rooms, like tiny for NYC. 2 full adults on a twin bed tiny. Older property, so a lot of things in the room are rusted. They had construction for longer than they had predicted during our stay with no apology. My guess is to prep for the event they had the weekend of our stay. The bar was shut down to guest not attending a charity drag brunch event and no tickets were sold on site. Housekeeping was behind because of construction. Our beach towels were rusted too.

Perfect location and the music from the lgbtqia+ event. Most staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There is no parking; you have to park like two blocks away, but the same happens in almost all the area

FIRST, the rooms that we booked wound up being under construction so the hotel separated our party into separate rooms which were not facing the beach. SECOND, the pool that was shown online does not exist. It's "proposed". THIRD, the bathroom - although clean - was awkwardly designed so that when you're sitting on the toilet your knees are almost touching the wall in front of you. Also the bathroom is not conditioned so you need to leave the door open to keep it cool. In my friend's room, the bathroom was also awkwardly shaped in the sense that the shower was so narrow that the shower curtain stuck to them while showering. Definitely poor designs. FOURTH, the elevator was constantly out of order. Constantly.

The room was clean, the shower hot water worked, and the bed was comfortable. Those are the most important aspects of a stay for me. The beachfront location was spectacular and the area around the hotel had plenty of restaurants and shops and bars. Also a safe area, even very late at night. This is definitely a great place to stay for the location and a good room.

The rooms could use a little more finesse. I hope they apply the same design for the interior as they have planned for the exterior. Everything was clean, but the bathrooms could use a bit of an update and the rooms a little softening to make them more welcoming.

The location and the staff were lovely. They were in the middle of a remodel and didn’t allow that to interfere with my experience. I would love to see how it looks when they finish. The mock ups looked great.

Cons… wish they had a microwave in rooms for guest but I was able to use the one in staff room. Wish they had a pool but I see they will be renovating soon and adding one. Restaurant is nice wish it had more variety for kids and more options in general

Pros..The cleaning ladies were very on top of my room needs everyday. Front desk staff are super helpful with any needs. Good location to other hotels and food places. Beach is footsteps away
