Ok this is minor but still problematic for me. We received one set of keys. You need keys to access the building itself and then keys for 2 other doors before you get in the apartment. I called and asked for another set of keys to be left in the lock box but they said no. Later that night while in town we left our son with friends of his and went back to the place to go to sleep. After getting back to the apartment we had to go back downstairs through the parking lot to the street where I deposited the only set of keys in the lock box so our son could get in the building and the apartment. Obviously we had to leave all the doors to apartment unlocked and my wife had to wait at the door to the street to let me back in. We then took the elevator back to our unlocked apartment so we could get in. Pretty lazy to not provide an extra set of keys

Property literally on the ocean with waves lapping on the rocks. Everything was clean and the unique porch provided a sense of openness along with beautiful views.

I can’t say enough good things. This rental was perfect. My cousin and I wanted to stay in Rincon to ENJOY Rincon (and the surrounding areas easily!)! But, we also wanted a comfortable place to “come home” to. And we got it in spades! We were able to surf, snorkel leisurely at the various beaches, hunt sea glass, shop, eat amazing local food, visit south to Cabo Rojo and north to Aguadilla!! And in the mornings, get up, make coffee, and every single morning and night, sit on the increíble balcony, chat, laugh, plan, and talk about the day all with the surf pounding against the rocks. Nothing better. On top of all that, when I last minute asked if we could stay an extra night before leaving for San Juan, we were able to and this host was so helpful! They also answered my question about the beach access with a detailed map. Amazing host and location!!! Safe and quiet and we loved it!!

Just when I arrive my keys still weren’t there had to send messages although it was only a few min. Before it was resolved. And light when out because of an power outage. Just the key part was my mostly dislike cause I had already given all my information and credit card so it should of been there period I was 8min early had check online 2pm-3pm my time to Check in. Had no need not wait till I arrive when I was already given instructions off where my keys and beeper where gonna be. The power not so much cause we did have power at night but need a plan for that as well.I believe this are thing needed to be fix.

The open balcony where I was able to see the ocean va and spend quality time with my husband and family loved the stay. Also had more in home stuff that need and beach items that was a plus. Thank you we enjoy it was great.

The beds were queen size but there was only one twin size blanket for each bed. Ants were in the kitchen and on deck. Ant spray was nearly empty. The dish soap was just about water only!

We enjoyed an Incredible view from the spacious deck. Building was immaculate. The condo was very clean and spacious. We liked the open air living area. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was appreciated. Alexa was a great touch for music! We also enjoyed the beach chairs. Great location to beaches and downtown wirh very short druve. Please tell owners we loved the informative notebook! Great insights to the area!

That we couldn't stay longer.

The view was amazing beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure was good, the air conditioning was only in the bedrooms and they worked well, there was a ceiling fan in main room. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a cooler and beach chairs to use. We had no issues with directions and lockbox check-in. Grocery store near by. We loved our stay ❤️ 💜

There is no direct access to the beach, that would be perfect.

Very comfortable apartment with a spectacular view of the sea. It is close to everything. Very quiet place.The gastronomic offer of the place is extensive and for all tastes.

Apparently upstairs neighbor was not aware of others in building or did not care while moving heavy furniture at night + loud Stump noises.

Gorgeous ocean front view. Comfortable accommodations Easy access from main road and shops. Assign Parking. Great for relaxing

No Pride of Ownership Cleanliness - Upon arrival, we were met with smears of dog feces on the tile in front of the door. (The people next door are there part time - they own a dog. So no, it wasn’t from the unit we were renting, but it was in front of our door, and our entrance should have been cleaned.) The stove drip pans were corroded (we were told they are hard to come by in PR), but also caked in grime. The dust on all the screens and the bird droppings on all the sills and patio had been there for a while. The young cleaning woman the management sent when I made the request was great, and did the best she could. Maintenance - The furniture is old, but that’s not a problem. Stains on the throw pillows - not good. The biggest problem was in the lack of maintenance of the louvres and window blinds and coverings. Dusty screens and cobwebs and bird droppings by all the windows. We rented this place for the views, but some of the louvres and none of the blinds worked, which put a damper on the ocean view. There were curtain rods, but no curtains. The maintenance man they sent had to go to the hardware store to buy the necessary stuff to fix the louvres, and he also brought a couple of functioning stand up fans, since one of the two in the unit wasn’t working. He went above and beyond. As for the blinds, we just had them removed, since we couldn’t open them. The rest of the lack of maintenance issues were smaller things - broken towel rack, no plugs for some of the bathroom drains, appliances are all old - coffee maker takes over an hour to brew a pot of coffee. So yes, location is great, ocean view is wonderful - if that’s all you care about, this fits the bill.

Location was good. Ocean view was great. 4 minute walk to the beach, easy drive to stores and the plaza. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. (We didn’t use the other bed.) Use of beach chairs, umbrella, and large wheeling cooler were a plus. Washer and dryer appreciated (bring laundry detergent). Air conditioner in the bedrooms appreciated. (Fans in the living area were a help.)
