The golf car driver takes too long to arrive to the villa.

The private swimming pool was nice. Breakfast had variety. bathrooms were spacious. The spa has a lot of services and it has a nice sea view.

The dinner in Alnahom restaurant not good and property didn’t inform that half board will include a specific item from the menu. We saw impolite behavior from some visitors which contradict our traditions

There is a loud noise of air-conditioning or water pumps on top of the room buildings (this seems not to be the case for villas), so you get this humming noise in your room, depending in which you stay in. In our case it was not the worst, but it definitely was there, and you would not expect this in such a luxury resort. The main pool is ok, could be larger or better designed (like infinity pools or more natural looking, like in other luxury resorts), here it is just a square pool and can get crowded. The lagoons compensate for this but they are not deep, so you cannot swim in them. The beach is lovely but we could not use it since it seems it was jellyfish season.

The room is really well designed, particularly I liked the bathroom (amazing shower). The staff is also ver kind and provides top service. The food is fantastic. The Arabic restaurant (Al Nahham) is one of the best restaurants we have had at any hotel.

It wasn't long enough!

Incredible service and spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't do more to make our stay just perfect. We celebrated my husbands milestone birthday with our family and it'll certainly be one we never forget! Huge thanks esp to Muthu our personal liason who made every inch of our stay just amazing and so comfortable.

In-room dining service could’ve been better. Some of the dishes were bland and needed more spices. One of the dishes, the chicken was off.

One of the villas we booked took 1.5 hour to be ready for check in. The family weren't happy about it. + Restaurants are pricy.

There is nothing I can say I didn't like...Everything was beyond expectations However, to be realistic and honest, the only remark I have is the place lacks regular pest control...I am a person with a serious phobia of insects, and seeing big black beetles🪲 and geckos🦎 roaming the corridors and changing rooms and showers is a panic attack for me...

All and everything... Hospitality is from a different planet, the food buffet and services are magnificent😍😍

I noticed that some individuals in Q resturant were not adhering to clothing norms . Weak water pressure in the bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure to stay in the banana resort The most things that I liked: The vary of activities The private pool is big when I compare with other resorts l've stayed before. The beach is clean Breakfast from "azraq" was delicious I'd like to thank the staff " Muthu and Arman" They were welcoming, friendly and ready to assist at any time.

on busy days locals do litter but this is a tiny amount , but as the island is so clean 95% off time even just one wrapper seen on floor you will notice .

Nice variety at breakfast , large selection of juices etc at breakfast, waiter/waitresses attentetive and very friendly , most staff are smiling and give salaams as you pass them on island , room gets tended to twice a day . overall I would highly recommend , arabian restaurant delicious , Italian one as well , massive portions although to big for UK residents , location is lovely and calm ,
