Despite my booking was for couple, we were placed in a room with two single beds. When we were shifted to another standard room, we had to request tea, coffee, and bath accessories, as they should be readily available. Even when requested from the staff, response was very late. The shower was low (appropriate for children). No sperate table for tea.

Amenities could be better, there was no toilet roll and had to be requested and the soaps and shampoo were definitely insufficient, expected better for such a hotel, the sofa in the living room was Abit dirty

The rooms were huge and spacious, the bathroom had a great shower and bathtub and was bigger than expected, location was near to the airport too and to the souq and the national museum right opposite, very central location

The hotel maids could have restocked our room we went days without any toilet tissue and no restocking of sugar sachets or coffee just basics we had to go to reception and ask for them ourselves

The room did appear to be a bit outdated with a few noticeable stains on the carpeted areas that made the room feel a bit less than clean.

The rooms offered great air conditioning and plenty of space for the price. The hotel offered convenient access to and from the airport via taxi services.

Big room, very clean accommodation. Walkable distance to National Museum (1 min), Msheireb Museums, Islamic Museum And even Souq AlWatif (20 min.). Metro station close by too.

Even though the accommodation was clean and comfortable but it did lack basic amenities. There was no snacks or drinks in the refrigerator, which is a de-facto these days.

It was value for money, as we needed a decent and clean place near to the airport for one night.

The location was ideal for us as we had a layover during the night. It was only a 20 min taxi ride from and to the airport and also close to the Souk. In addition the presidential suite was very spacious and clean and with super comfortable beds!

Everything was nice and the location was a + for us, the roads around the hotel were not busy. The breakfast could have more options

There was an electric issue with one of the plugs when we tried to use the iron machine, a pop sound came and a sudden light was seen from there, a black mark was left and electricity went down. After all of that we called and immediately the concerned staff came to check the issue out. However, it took ages for the reception to change our room and we could not get ready so our plans were delayed… when we called the receptionist a Lebanese woman she was annoyed for our follow up and had a bad attitude even though it was their fault… to add cherry on the top.. no compensation was offered

My 1 and only compliant is the wifi. I was working from here and need a very strong connection, which I didn't get. So I had a lot of trouble logging in. I also think it may just be an issue in Doha because I even tried to hot spot from my phone, and couldn't do that either. But if you're not working, then the wifi to just use your phone is fine. FYI: I just want to mention that I booked a standard room so the view is not great, it's of the building next door but I was on the 6th floor so I got a bit of a view. If you want the water and museum view, then upgrade your room.

I don't know if this is a new hotel or renovated but it's really nice! From the lobby to my big room. Even the bathroom was massive! It's located right next to a metro station and across the street from the Museum of Qatar. There are a few restaurants close by. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, even though I was excited for it, because there is absolutely no shade up there. The staff were very friendly and there is a 24 hour guard at the door, even though it's very safe in Doha and I'm not sure if they even need one but it's nice to see.

1. The room was missing a mirror next to the TV, which is necessary and would be better than the long one next to the door. 2. The tea tray was completely empty. 3. We called the reception at 10:30 PM asking for cold water, but they said the cashier was closed. It’s supposed to be open 24/7. 4- we couldn't connect to the TV casting since it wasn't connected to the internet
