A beautiful and inexpensive hotel right on the shores of Lake Sevan. The windows offer a view of the water, as if you were in a ship's cabin. There is an excellent on-site restaurant with free breakfasts and a variety of dinners. A private tour can be arranged upon request.

The location was serene and away from the main road. My family and I enjoyed the welcoming and helpful staff members, they treated us like family. The meals reminded me of my grandmas cooking and I took every bit of the fresh Sevan air in while enjoying our meals.

All of the staff at the hotel were kind and friendly people, from management to restaurant. The room and the enviroments were clean and comfortable. We would have loved to stay there longer. Thank you!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. I would go there again and would not be interested in trying anywhere else in the area. ****Highly recommended.****

The place nice even from the 1st look disappointing, but when you enter and chick in, you will change your mind completely plus the stuff very welcoming and good hospitality

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is practically new, it feels like we're the first guests. Everything is perfect, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The rooms are large and offer every comfort. When it's finished (they're renovating another wing), I hope they add breakfast, which is the only thing missing. Highly recommended. Don't be fooled, at least for now, by the entrance, which is a bit run-down.

Walking distance to Lake Sevan (5 minutes) and the city (15-20 minutes). Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. Spacious room with view of the lake and the property has a little petting zoo with the animals running free on as well. It’s quiet even though it’s along the highway.

The owner was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped, providing everything necessary for a comfortable visit. I would be pleased to stay here again in the future.

The host was friendly and helpful (speaks English). We extend our stay for some more days without any problems.

Really love this amazing place. Always quite, big and comfy rooms, amazing view to Sevan, and big area around. I appreciate the food — its homemade and so tasty. And one of the important thing is Linda, a dog in the camp who is friendly and so funny :)
