The water pressure in the room was lousy, and the beds are hard. There's a club outside the hotel playing music until 4am. But fortunately the staff was helpful with finding another room for us on the other side of the hotel. On the poolside you hear a lot of humming from the machinery running the pool and ventilations, but it was better than partymusic.

Elevator access could have been a bit better (card). Room given was on a hallway busy with cleaning staff early in the morning. Indoor pool was under maintenance so no access to it although included.

Room: For a 4-star hotel, we expected something better. We had the business room, which was supposed to be more modern - it was not. Not very specious, the bathroom would need an upgrade (some broken tiles, very low water pressure), and the main problem was the air condition. With 35 to 37 degrees outside, it was vital to have it working, but its performance was poor and especially during the night. Also, the mattress and pillows should be better. Outside pool: very nice, and since the indoor was under maintenance, its using time was extended. One good idea would be to have some supervision, so the risk of having someone being hurt (or annoyed) by the kids diving all the time can be minimized. Restaurant: Even though the food was very good, as a vegetarian, I had only one option (since the other dish had quinoa that I don't like). So, adding a couple of choices would be a good idea.

Area: nice and, even though the hotel is located close to the Expo, very quiet! With one bus (331), you can reach the city center in 20 to 25 minutes. Facilities: free parking space without the need of booking in advance. The wellness center has both internal and external pools available, sauna, and gym, and the customer can also book an appointment for massage. Bar remains open 24/7, and breakfast/restaurant have both wide timeframe for using them. Breakfast, bar, and restaurant: The breakfast has plenty of choices for every taste. We had one dinner at the restaurant, the food was very good and tasty. Hotel staff: polite, friendly, and happy to help. Especially at the restaurant and the bar we were positively impressed by the staff.

Outdoor pool is part of the 'spa package' so will cost you €10 a day. This fact isn't clear in booking.com. I booked the place so I could use the pool. Think €10 for a dip is a bit much. Mattress was very hard.

The hotel is a little bit old, the bed was noisy, the soap conteiner was dirty and the one for body lotion was not working. The fridge was empty (no minibar) and oldish.

Hotel feels a bit outdated. TV offered Netflix, but it was not possible to connect it to the internet, it was basically useless. No shops or restaurants nearby, neighborhood was very secluded.

Amazing spa area with large indoor & outdoor pool, sauna, bar, sunchairs with power outlets. Nice tennis courts. Decent rooms. I had an issue with my toilet and a plumber was sent immediately to fix it. Very good WiFi in room, lobby and even pool area.

We was in the hotel as the family of 2 adults and one child 12 years age. The system allows to us make a booking with meaning we stay all together in one bad what is ridiculous and physically not possible at all. And then I'm booked "extra" bed f9r another 20eur. That's not a big issue but must be noticed during the booking, not after payments "De facto".
