Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThere was no door staff upon arrival to open door or help with baggage. There was no greeting from any staff while walking to reception. Reception professional, helpful but not friendly. All lighting off throughout hotel with minimal lighting being utilised (all beautiful chandeliers off) Very rude restaurant waiter working Lounge area.
This is a beautiful building with wonderful art and chandeliers throughout. The lounge facilities are excellent and the spa is well run with a nice pool. Lovely staff at breakfast and very good breakfast selection. Location perfect.

IndiaMaybe the off season or less guests, they could make the place look superior with better lighting. Most often the arts were dimly lit and that's keeping the beauty fo this place under appreciated.
This was our first time to Saint Petersburg and we weren't sure about the place, Taleon Imperial pleased us to great extent. The staff is very warm and welcoming (all could speak in English too). Its a great place, artistic, service is amazing. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Reception desk is very prompt and responsive. Amazing breakfast and the staff makes you feel at home. One fo the best gyms I've been seen. Pretty much all sorts of machines and weights. Highly recommend the place.
