i think i was just unlucky.. got rock wall view from my window without any sun light. but most of the time is in the mosque anyway, so not really bothered.

All good but slightly Small rooms and bathroom A little bit difficult to climb the upsloping part near the holter ....if the shuttle is not available ...Mr Hadi was kind and polite and rapid response ..but he cover only part time not all the day

The staff were very friendly. I am specially grateful to the two Egyptian brothers (brother SAMIR and brother HAD). These two brothers are very friendly, sincere, helpful and kind. The Indian brother Sarafu-alddin was also very helpful always smiling. I am extremely grateful to these brothers for making my stay an excellent experience in the most blessed city in the World.

The location is at a high elevation. It may be a concern for older people. Need to provide kind of golf car with driver for the guest for going back forward to Haram

The Receptionist staff is supportive. Location is Good, near to Masjidil Haram. We booked the hotel included the meal for Iftar & Sahoor (during Ramadhan). The food, drink, juice and fruit were amazing, good taste, many menu & option and more than expectation. During evening time, they provided free coffee and tea that you can enjoy it with Family in designated area out door with Clock Tower as the background.

More golf carts should be deployed in cooperation with other hotels in the surrounding, to help the guests with the steep climb to the hotel entrance.

Rooms' space is small. However, they are clean. This is acceptable, keeping in mind the hotel location and prices.

The location is great. Even for the last 30m, which are a high incline, they provide a golf car service to take you to the hotel. Golf car drivers Hady and Samir are so helpful. They don't stop encouraging me to call or whatsapp them whenever I need a drive. Reception staff are decent and helpful.

This property is very good. All the staff crew are very co operative and friendly. Specially Mr. Fahad and Hadi , Sameer and Abdullah. Only the location is a little bit difficulty because it up the mounting. But they are every time providing golf car to go down and up.

The ramp nearby the property and the hotel is kind of Hidden in between the buildings so upon first arrival by taxi difficult to locate

Good location , just 10 minutes walk from Harram Staff is very supportive specially Mr Sameer who dropped me to taxi when checked out Sitting area outside with running tea coffee was nothing less than a luxury
