How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The hotel is located near the railway station and it is very convenient. The hotel itself is very cozy, our room is comfortable thanks to the high ceilings and light. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

We were near the courtyard and the noise was loud from the kulturhaus.
Breakfast amazing - loved the homemade blueberry cake. we loved the effort made for eurovision - flags, pop up restaurant etc. staff are really friendly. thanks!

Central location, comfortable beds, clean apartment, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Sauna and fitness for free. We had an early check-out and the staff was kind enough to deliver take-away breakfast to our room on the afternoon before our departure.

no airco, we had the windows open with closed curtains to lower the heat inside of the room but yeah.. if its summer.. its gonna be hot hot :p
we were greated by friendly personal ( dont know her name, sorry ) but she spoke good english wich is very helpfull,the room was just perfect.. it had enough stuff to go for 4 ppl in the kitchen breakfast was good , it had everything u need.. location was ok, it was a quite street wich has acces to some good walking points neaby ( very handy for restaurants )

Everything was nice and clean and quiet.
Clean property , we booked family room and got a very big nice room and lovely staff. The breakfast was super good. It is centrally located . The staff members we very nice and helpful . We forgot something in the room and didn’t realize until we arrived home. The staff member sent the item home by post. Can’t thank them enough.

The cleanliness, the quality of equipments and notably the staff, very friendly and professional. The hotel also benefits from the close-by pizzeria, 400 Graden, very good quality.

The rooms are super spacious, well equipped and very clean. The hotel is easy to get to and well situated in a nice, clean neighbourhood with all amenities you could wish for. Breakfast is fresh, delicious and plenty. 100% would stay again.

It didn't have parking lot, with that, it would had been very convenient. Besides it, everything else was really good 😊

Our experience staying in The More Hotel Mazetti was really wonderful and there really was nothing we were unhappy about. The only thing that disturbed us a little, was the fact that the walls separating our room from the corridor were a little bit thin – but all the other walls were nice and thick.
The More Hotel Mazetti is a cozy and beautiful hotel located near the train station Triangeln. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. Although breakfast was more or less the same every morning, it was delicious and nutritious. There are many food stores and cafés/ restaurants nearby, the city centre is about 20 minutes walk away.

Hardly nothing. I wasn't sure how important it was to guess the time slot of breakfast booking right, it stressed me a little because of our 3 year old son. But it turned out that you could change it last minute, so it was no problem. I completely understand that it is helpful to know when the guests are coming for breakfast, so no complaints about it.
Very nice room, very nice and fresh breakfast buffet, very nice staff. Wonderfully quiet surroundings and close to Folkets Park and the station Trianglen.

Nothing, everything was great.
Kind, helpful and funny staff, easy check-in, very comfortable beds and nice breakfast. We had a great time in the sauna after the long days in the cold. Location is good - Triangeln station and ICA supermarket are nearby. Overall, we liked everything :)

Two things: 1. The bed is too soft, gave me a back-ache I normally never have 2. Free WIFI is nice, but it should have a pass word, otherwise its not safe.
Great location. Very nice building, the old chocolate factory. Nice area with nice shops and restaurants around the corner. Very nice large room, with fine kitchen, eating table, sofa etc
