We reported a problem with the wifi connection in the first day that was never solves during our stay. For an expensive stay like this it is not acceptable to not have wifi in the room. The staff promptly said that it was going to see what was possible to do but nothing was done. Still in a pandemic situation it is equally not acceptable that we have people grabing food with their hands instead of using the proper material for that. There should be staff responsible for supervising that.

The room is confortable, it is small but at the same time it seems pretty spacy. It was very well cleant. Breakfast is great, althouh it is easy to go and grab a coffes/milk/juice from a place/machine than tocbe asking the staff all the time. The premisre of the hotel are well kept.

Parking is a problem. Not enough parking spots at the hotel. We even got a parking fine at the hotel.

One of the best breakfasts we ever had. So many choices with also many healthy choices. The view of lake Bled and the mountains is stunning. We even had a balcony. Good beds. Only a short walk to the lake and the restaurants.

The pillow on the bed was very hard and thick and the shower was really small. The airconditioning worked but it blows on the bed and that is not nice if you want to sleep.

The breakfast is really good and well organised. On sunday we even got a champagne breakfast! The room is a good size and they are very helpfull at the reception, so don't hesitate to ask for suggestions. Also the location is great. Just 2 minutes walking to the lake and to a bunch of nice restaurants.

The facility does not provide shampoo, hair conditioner, or cotton pads. The room could use a mini fridge or some welcome water, as all the shops are far away.

It was a lovely breakfast, with many food and drink options. The room was okay, a bit dark, but OK. The location is perfect, as the hotel is in the centre of Bled. It was super nice to have breakfast on the terrace.

Staff was confused in few cases. Hotel room was strangley set up, as if there was a desk missing, chairs, etc. We had sofa, but we couldnt watch tv from it, beacuse tv was installed at bad angle and extremely far from bed.

The staff was generally nice, bed and room were clean and large (we took bedroom with kingsized bed). Bathroom was larger then expected. Breakfast was pretty diverse and great.

The Astoria has Seen better times. But the recepioniest came out to assign me a parking spot. They changed my room because the first one was next to an elevator and the breakfast was good.

Although this is a 3 star hotel with quiet expensive price they don't provide free water as welcome drink and no slippers and bath robe, which are normally provided at a hotel. The spa area could be free for hotel guests. The biggest joke is, you pay 10 euro per person for the spa and get only one towel and one sheet for the lay, this means you have to use the same towel for the sauna and to dry yourself.... disgusting and really stingy.

Clean, modern and cosy room with excellent bed. The breakfast is just amazing, so many options! Big and new spa area.

My wife cut her nose on the sharp metal bed side lamp shades while bending down to pick her glasses up. Unfortunately for us sitting quietly on the balcony the occupants of the room below kept coughing and spitting and smoking what can only be described as cannabis.

The kind of pillows that use in Europe is very uncomfortable for me. Try to give the chance to use a regular sheets on the bed. Everything else is OK.

Rooms are very confortable. Breakfast with a lot of alternatives, from healthy food to traditional breakfast from the world. The personal are very kind and open to help.
