Only one thing that makes it not have a clear 10 is that the house has floor and ceiling vents in all 3 rooms that go directly outside. The floor vents are below the beds. This makes the sound proofing a bit bad as the sound from outside comes directly into the house. But I guess this can be solved easily :)

Amazing host. Changed our booking due to illness with no fuss whatsoever. The house is new, really clean with all the amenities you need. It’s located overviewing the lake with a beautiful sunset. Terrace is huge with big table and a lounge. It’s a few minutes walk from the terme and the “center “ of the place. Really great, amazing.

Nice and comfortable container house. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice lake view. Quiet terrace with table chairs and sunbeds, good for basking in the sunset light. Nice, large, indoor and outdoor thermal pools complex 200 m away, by foot. with the entry tickets comprised in the accommodation cost. A family of swans on the grass, next to the river. Parking right next to your own veranda. Quiet by night, very well insulated cottage.

The size of the mobile home was listed as 51 m2. However, it measures only 34 m2. The mobile home is somewhat older than the other mobile homes in the area, and it is starting to show its age, especially in the bathroom area. The BBQ was missing, and only one very small towel per person was supplied for a stay of 11 days. However, the host was very quick to deliver both BBQ and more towels on request. Cleaning could have been better. Water was coming in under the door during heavy rainfall.

Very nice location by the lake and close to the pool areas - better location than most mobile homes in Terme Catez.

The shower water was either too hot or too cold, can not regulate it. The pools are also warm but ok. Half of the inner and outer slides are closed/not working.

We had an ill child so the problems were: no wi-fi and a very small TV-set.

The location is perfect. It is close to the winter thermal riviera. The lake view meant a lot to us and our dog :) Two entrances to the pools per day per person - that was great! The mobile home has a nice big covered porch and parking just next to it.

The temperature, it was a little bit cold, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The mobile home was too too small! You can barely move.

Cleaning deficient (dust ...). Refrigerator turned off and closed / moldy - neededto be cleaned and disinfected on arrival. House is not 50m2 as mentioned in description.

It´s funny minus, the fountain in the lake is a little bit loud. It´s off in the night, don´t worry. There is nothing I disliked.

It is a new mobile home with a lake view, with large terrace with a table and chairs, super kitchen with everything you need, clear bathroom, there were towels, toal.paper, soap. There were comfortable beds with linen, great dark curtains for the night. There were 2 TV´s for a case of bad weather. There is A/C for very good weather :-) It is very close to the entrance to Terme Čatež. But you don´t hear any noise, as the terrase/living room is situated on the opposite site. There is a shop, a restaurant, a bar/coffee+sweet shop very close.

Very dirty swimming pool and the house is very far from being clean. Many facilities are closed. Neighbors did not respect the silence rule after 23 and had a party till 2-3am every night.

The only issue I had was that there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. I received those on the 2nd day and without pillow case.

Perfectly clean, new and comfortable furniture, excellent place. I highly recommend it.

weak fuses, after pluging in toaster, electricity went out. We turned off everything off the situation was the same. so we couldnt use toaster.
