buffet had little to be desired. Drinks are watered down, got 3 drink variations from same bartender all with less alcohol and now flavor. low end spirits. The best location (near the beach was old the best was near the lagoon newer and pleasant. same price as older area and way better to stay but a bit of walk to the beach.

The Food!! The buffet very poor and always run out of food and breakfast was very poor always the same! not enough food for being a buffet not much variety or selection of food most likely the same 😏I expect much more tropical fruits in the salad bar but always empty!! But a la carta also very few selections to choose from it and some of the portions are minimum items!! Food was not good! The drinks were ok but always run out of my "Bahama Mama" mix 💁‍♀️the staffs were friendly 👍would I come back maybe not! 🤔 I did enjoy every sunset 🌅 it was very beautiful and peaceful! private beach i did like that!👍but more entertainment will help too👍It was my first come back in 40yrs 💙The country is very safe 👍🇸🇻🙏🏼we enjoyed it very much 👌🇸🇻💙

The food was very limited. We payed a lot of money and received a very low standard service. They charge you for water and cans that are not included in the package. They control what u eat and drink constantly. The place had a dead atmosphere... If you have a problem with mobility then this place is bad because u have to walk a lot to reach the bar, reception or even the swimming pool. They should provide internal mobility service because all is far away... It was no telephone in the room to communicate with reception in the event of emergency or so and also it was not a fridge in the room.

We booked this place expecting a lot better. It was a bad decision to book this hotel. It was expensive and it was no value for money. The place is very very very far away and was uncomfortable. They make u walk long distances to even have a a drink or food. The water smells badly in the showers and can be unsafe

Accommodations in the room are very bad. Water smelled and tasted really bad. Had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. No TV, no lamps, no chairs, benches or tables to lay your personal stuff, no closests or at least hangers. Luggage had to be on floor. Patio floor was rotten and falling3 apart. NO TOILETRIES. NO VIEW. Couldn't even open the curtains because I could see the next door guest.

The food was decent. The service staff in the dinning area is the best thing this hotel has.

Water coming out of the sink and shower smelled bad. The sofa smelled bad like they were not being cleaned. There needed to be more towels. There was also several people with some group that kept trying to sell packages to become a member of the resort. I feel after I told them that I was not interested they should have stopped but the next day they were asking again.

The water (shower, sink) had a foul smell, but I’m guessing it is because of the location of the resort.

The location is between mangroves and the ocean. The staff was amazing. Leo was the best!! He would make sure we had what we needed. Thanks Leo!!

when we checked out, the person at the desk, made us wait and said the towels in one of the room were missing. there were never towels in one of the rooms in first place. I was the one that paid for three units, and got kit out from the place when I came to visit the family there.
