for me everything worked out great.

Good location to visit the central marketplace, were they have a beautiful church, and an abundance of restaurants. Liked the gated parking. They have a good hot breakfast, and you can also go to the open top terrace and eat it there too.

weirdly, just before we checked out (like literally 15mins) the entire hotel was fumagated. We were not told this was happening and saw 'smoke' coming in under out bedroom door. We opened to door to a FULLY smoky corridoor, like couldn't see further than 2meters. We were never told this was happening, all the other rooms we then passed (we HAD to check out to get to our transfer so had to walk through this cloud of chemicals) we noticed all other rooms had had a towel put at the base of their bedroom door, for some reason we were not afforded the same consideration, not were we told it was happening - quite frightening to see the smoke with no information. My partner also has asthma so this was a big concern for him! Communication is KEY with things like this, for all we knew the hotel was burning down ... the smell was horrific and genuinely we were coughing for an hour or 2 after this happened. Not cool ...

friendly staff, quite good location to the catedral (5-ish mins walk), adequate breakfast. Felt expensive compared to other places we stayed in Central America but we found it hard to find many options that suited in Santa Ana.

I wouldn’t book this as a solo female traveller as the area around can feel a bit intimidating if you are at all nervous. We were fine but i wouldn’t want to walk there by myself as not many people around after dark.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Large room, good bathroom, nice to have hot water again after few months of travel . Breakfast was good and varied.

Can hear noise from next door, coughing, sneezing, etc.

Location is very close to the square. The breakfast room staff, the cleaning staff are very nice. The reception staff can speak Spanish only but the guy help us to take the luggage to the second floor. It’s a norm in Central America with most hotels don’t have lift and flexible shower head, just the fixed stand alone from the top.

The restaurant appeared deserted most of the time, service not good. Surrounds did not feel very safe, rather rundown and dirty streets in the vicinity.

The room was clean, beds comfy - all very standard.

Clean room, hot water and good ac. Onsite parking as well. Helped us with out bag up to the room. Just FYI, some Spanish speaking ability is needed if you have questions for the staff.

we had a great stay here. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. always tending to our requests and need immediately. breakfast was delicious with about 5 options to select from that were filling and tasteful before leaving for any excursions. it was so close to centre historico. thé rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. a beautiful view from the rooftop too.

Bed was hard for my liking.

Our second visit to El Salvador and this hotel was our choice to revisit and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking security very helpful. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Overall would recommend to family and friends. I would recommend another mirror in the room it was hard sharing one mirror with girls in the family.

Very good place to stay, near the center of Santa Ana like 10 mins walking. The breakfast included was really good. The room was very spacious as well, very friendly staff.
