The street odour that comes through sometimes is intense. There are a few stairs so be mindful off that.

Property looked clean , but I don’t think toilet and shower were washed properly before we checked in. I am not a cleaning freak, but still decided to buy some washing detergents and clean it all over for us. Other than that, cleaning ladies were coming every day bringing fresh towels , water and making bed etc it was very nice

We stayed for 2 weeks and were partially working from there , it was perfect ! House is very comfortable having everything you need (kitchen, outside sitting, big comfortable bed, tv) , internet speed was great for work. Houses located 5 mins from the beach , 2 mins from self service laundry and 3 mins from Main Street , yet in a very calm area. Beach itself we did not like that much, when it’s windy there are huge waves and a lot of trash is being brought from the sea, but we rented scooter and were traveling to different location around which was not a problem. But when it’s not windy beach was ok as well, but I think Koh Samui has much better places for swimming (Baan Tai was the best )

The rooms in the main building where not very quiet at night. Not for people who want a good night sleep. Better take one of the Bungalows

The Hotel is located right next to the street where you have everything you need. Shops bars coffee Shops restaurants supermarkets and also the beach is a 5min walk. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and professional. The main building is closer to the street so unfortunately it was pretty loud and you could feel the base from the music until late so I didn't sleep well. But the staff was very friendly and moved me to one of their Bungalows which was a bit further away from the street and more quiet. The beds where super comfy

The location was great. The owner and staff were very nice. Near the beach and all the restaurants and bars but reasonably quiet when in the villa. Liked it so much that I have booked to stay here again later in the year!

Bed was 2 singles pushed together so the light switch and PowerPoint is literally behind the pillow. No shower screen means water gets over the bathroom.

Location here is amazing, rooms are very decent size, aircon works well and the TV is huge (no channels though). The shower is good and hot with good pressure, if only you could adjust the angle. Cleaning staff do a good job. The location really is amazing, everything on your door step.

Nothing to fault!

Beautiful villa, had everything we need and more. Perfect location, right next to a street food market and other restaurants and bars. We didn’t really rate Samui as an island, but this villa was a highlight for us!

Shower is hard to set to the right temperature, it switches by itself to either hot or cold.

The building is new. The room was spacious. The balcony is large and very nice to sit there in the morning. The location is perfect, although there is some noise from the market outside in the evening, it was not a problem for us. We had slept great. We’ve seen many properties here. With this one we believe we got lucky.

If you have some troubles with sleep , just grab an earplugs, because the hotel is located in a pretty busy and active location so it can be difficult to fell asleep.
