The location is a bit far from the rest of the island, but on the other hand the local shops are very nice.

The beach is great, the hotel pool is beautiful and the private pools in the rooms are fun for all family members

Nothing major but maybe we just find it a bit inconvenient that the shower in the bathroom has no curtain that makes the floor very wet after every use.

The breakfast service is amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very accomodating and friendly staff. My family and I had an amazing time.

Value for money was limited by the quality of the bedroom equipments. Rooms are very nice but a bit dark. Our bathtub had a problem, it would leak so it was never full. Transfers are not complimentary, at this price, it suprised us. A great hotel nevertheless.

Amazing pool view and pool. Beautiful hotel. Located at walking distance (5 min) to nice beach restaurants, supermarked. Happy hour cocktails at the pool deck was enjoyable. Hotel restaurant was good. Staff was always so nice and helpful.

Lovely resort and the facilities were amazing! stayed in a deluxe suit, and the views from the balcony were stunning! the bed was super comfortable, and was made everyday. very friendly/ polite staff. The resort has all the facilities you can think of e.g Swimming pool, spa, access to beach, laundry etc. Must stay place if you are around Thong Nai Pan Noi.

The resort may need more maintenance on some part of the property. Understand that it may affect from COVID as well.

Stunning view! The property is on the cliff so you get to see both side of Tong Nai Pan beach. I really love the view from Pan Sea restaurant where they serve breakfast. All the staffs are very attentive as well. Nearby 7-eleven and small food court. I travel solo and I felt very safe here. Be aware that this is the peaceful side of Phangan and it takes 30 mins drive up and down the hills, more suitable if you're looking for relax and away from the crowd like me.

Food was horrible every time we tried to eat in the hotel. Breakfast buffet food was dirty and was never refilled so looked poor. Wifi signal is really weak for Thailand and the staff wasn't too great or accommodating.

Great pool and beach, close to a nice little street filled with local bars, resturants and massage places but is far from main areas. Room was big and clean.

everything. fantastic room (6405) with breathtaking views from the bed, the shower, the jacuzzi, the terrace. we could hear the sea way down below when we turned off the AC. it’s on a steep hill but there’s a tuktuk service all around the resort. despite the size of the place it still feels human sized cause the bungalows are very well integrated into the environment- trees, flowers, jungle all around. breakfast is great and dinner down at stone beach is equally lovely. the swimming pool is magic on a terrace overlooking the sea. stunning place altogether. we would go back in a heartbeat. big shoutout to the wonderful tuktuk drivers who made every ride fun.

It would be nice to have another English movie channel.

This hotel lived up to the wow of its photos, with attention to detail taken in the room and the grounds and facilities. Staff very helpful, breakfast room is beautiful and food tasty. Swimming pool(s) and gardens so tranquil. Easy access to the beach. I loved this hotel so much I have changed my holiday itinerary and flights to go back again next week.
