We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is very good. The BTS and Airport Rail is just outside Hotel Tranz. Just walked a few steps you will reach. Breakfast is basic. The Factory Cafe is next to the hotel. Central Labphrao is 6 stops away by BTS.

very near to the train station both BTS and ART. Very friendly staff and very helpful. We are having issues with WiFi, they come immediately and fix it as soon as possible. The staff also helped me to bring my luggage to the train station after I checked out from the hotel. Thank you so much

Location is unrivalled as it's right next to Phaya Thai station, which is the terminal station of the airport rail link. And it connects to the BTS station, which is great. There is an excellent cafe (Factory Coffee) right next to the hotel which serves delicious coffee and croissants.

South KoreaThe hallways echoed really loudly whenever someone closed the door, this usually wasn't a problem late at night but it was a little annoying in the evening, especially when combined with the train noise.
Spacious rooms and very clean; the breakfast always had a lot of variety! The location was fantastic as it was easy to access both the airport rail and the BTS train. I like that the room was supplied with multiple pillows. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made my stay extra pleasant!
