Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyThere is nothing for children. There is no mini disco in the evenings, the mini club is always closed. There is no animation, only concerts that outsiders can be attended in the evenings, but since the hotel is already full, it's almost impossible to find a spot. There is no mini shop in the hotel where you can get your needs; if you want to buy something, you have to go to the center, which is difficult because finding a parking space is an issue. (Using the nearby sea taxi is an option, which is good.) The hotel is very crowded, and finding a place to sit during meals is always a problem. In the mornings, there is a long wait for eggs at breakfast. The appetizers are a bit strange and somewhat sour, and if you want yogurt, that too is sour. When you go to the restaurant to eat, don’t expect the waiters to come and ask you what you would like to drink; they never ask. I have stayed in many places with a similar concept, and this is the first time this has happened to me, and it was really boring. If you enjoy having a glass of wine with your meal, you will need to leave the restaurant and get it from the bar across the pool (of course, you will have to wait in line for that too). To find a sunbed on the beach, you need to wake up at six in the morning and place your towel, otherwise, you won't find a spot on the beach. The hotel's beach is already narrow, and some people put their towels down and don't even use their sunbeds until the evening.
The sea was wonderful and the beach was sandy. Our room was close to the sea and comfortable. The pool was clean. The meals were average. The gözleme, ice cream service, and snack bar were good. Breakfast was average. It was nice to have Turkish coffee. The cocktails were generally good. Deniz harikaydı ve sahil kumluydu. odamız denize yakın ve rahattı.havuz temizdi .yemekler ortalamaydı .gözleme dondurma servisi ve snack bar iyiydi.kahvaltı ortalamaydı.türk kahvesi olması iyiydi .kokteyller genel olarak iyiydi

United KingdomThey are lacking on staff. They have a lovely snack bar with a variety of food options however the minimum wait is always an hour or over. We ordered 3 mains and they all came separately with about an hour space in between and the 3rd meal was forgotten about - managed to get the meal after 2 and a half hours but the cuts off from your beach/pool time. If you are going to eat at the snack bar be prepared to wait at least 1-2 hours for your meal.
The location is perfect. You have boat taxis which take you to the city centre in just 5 minutes. Best beach i’ve ever experienced. The sea is gorgeous and has great sand.

South AfricaThe property feels old. My room had a door that could not lock. When I checked in, there was no soap or shampoo and the kids room had a billiards table that only had 3 balls, a table tennis set with worn out bats and board games without a Dice. The indoor pool requires a swimming cap, so nobody uses it because nobody knew they required a swimming cap. Quite a waste to be honest.
The all inclusive concept is great. The Pools and Beaches are excellent as well as the kids facilities. The gym was excellent but only opened at 9 and closed at 9.

AustraliaOur room was right above where the band, music were playing for the three nights that we were there until 11.30pm. It was very loud and noisy. We asked to move rooms but they told us the rooms were booked out.
It was the perfect resort with both pool and beach access. The beach was beautiful and clean water. We had an all inclusive package so buffet food and all drinks , including alcohol was included that was great value .

United KingdomI would have preferred a family suite inside the hotel rather than an apartment which is an outbuilding you the hotel.
Loved everything about the hotel, location, close promxity to the city centre, water taxi access. Easy access to water sports. Private Beach, which was clean and spacious. I booked Azka Hotel's deluxe apartment. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The decor was not like a hotel room but was good.

United StatesService at the Beach Bar was terrible. Not enough staff and the ones who were there were very young and just clearly did not care how long you waited and if you got what you ordered. Beach bar bartenders were pretty great.
Great property. Within walking distance to town. Bodrum is very hilly. Just good to know. Some staff were aloof but the ones who worked to make us comfortable and help with things like shipping were phenomenal.

United KingdomBuffet lunch and dinner were only okay. Nothing special. Lots of stews. We were a couple and were given a triple room, quite crowded with beds and other furniture. I suspect some of the other rooms were recently renovated but our was quite tired looking. Overall the hotel is more of a 4* rather than 5*.
Large clean rooms, location is great, easy access to Bodrum centre by water taxi for €3 or an uninspiring 20 min walk. As small as it was, the beach was also nice. Everything was included, plenty of options during the day. The beach bar was particularly popular and for good reason. Food was fresh and drinks generous. A much better alternative to main restaurant for lunch. Staff was friendly and attentive.

AzerbaijanTo improve: - AC - old system, most functionalities don’t work. And when hot and everyone is using it, it’s not really cooling down the room properly. - cocktails - made differently (and most of the time incorrectly) depending on the bartender - coffee - quality of the coffee/machine can be improved!
All good

TurkeyRoom personelly, there was ventilation exhaust pipe just above my room and it worked at all times just like having an engine in your room. Closing doors did not work. Need some technical improvement for this.

GermanyThis is not a very international hotel. Most of the live evening music and entertainment were in Turkish, and only a few staff members spoke English. That said, one of the staff, Pari, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. The main dishes had only a small variety and could be improved. If you are a group of young friends looking to party and stay out until midnight or later, this hotel might not be the best choice, as the atmosphere is more quiet and laid-back.
We had a 6 days stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk (15 min) to the city center and right on the beachfront. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the entire property was very clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the wide variety of food and alcoholic drinks available, all of which were of great quality. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price.

United KingdomThere were not enough staff and those present seemed very inexperienced and often didn't seem to know what they were doing. Despite the hotel not being at capacity there was often a shortage of drinks, orange juice etc. Staff were unsure on how to process orders, struggled with simple orders for cocktails etc. On occasions had to chase up food orders. This didn't spoil the holiday but did sometime make it frustrating.

United KingdomWe stayed out of season, so lovely, quiet and empty. We had the indoor pool and sauna mostly to ourselves. Sadly the beach was filthy but the clean up started during our stay. The staff were excellent and always helpful, though we had no Turkish and only a few spoke English. We had an apartment with a kitchen, but no equipment. We hadn’t realised the hotel doesn’t allow food bought outside the hotel, even water. We didn’t like that policy. However breakfast was included and excellent!

United KingdomA bread toaster would be a great addition to breakfast and more variety of fresh fruit.
Check in was swift and very pleasant. The hotel gave us a complementary upgrade to seaview rooms and a free bottle of wine and sweet treats to celebrate an anniversary. The staff were lovely and the hotel was spotless. Excellent indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym, hamman / spa. Great outdoor pool with seaviews. The breakfast was fresh and included danish pastries, crossiants, bread, cheese and fruit.
