Nice hotel, well located in Dalyan, 1 minutes walking distance from Centre and River... very nice Terrace were is served the Breakfast with amazing view! Gentle owner and all staff! Definitely Recommend! Thank You!

Personally, the double metal bed was a little uncomfortable but other wise everything was very good.

The breakfast was good, lots of it! The location was excellent, very calm and quiet. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

We booked this property on the day of arrival as the hotel we had booked was awful. The host still made us very welcome and gave us an upgrade to give us a bigger room. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was a simple Turkish breakfast, but nice. Room price was very reasonable for what we got. It was located just 100yards from the river

The shower is small. Our toilet didn't flush and was not fixed during our 2 night stay.

Location, the river is at the end of the street restaurants and shops very close. Sadly didn't have time to use the shared pool. Breakfast on the roof terrace with a gorgeous view. Comfy beds and clean rooms.

It needs an upgrade but then prices would go up. You get what you pay for.

A very central location right next to the river, town and restaurants etc, staff were really nice and price was cheap, hence everything needs update and basic amenities but use of next door pool. Breakfast basic and the same each day, boiled eggs, cheese and bread and some salad

This is a friendly unpretentious hotel in an excellent location. The view from the roof terrace, where breakfast is served, is fantastic. Rooms are quite small and basic, but clean and well-maintained, and good value for money.

The hotel is practically on top of the lykian tombs and few steps to Iztuzu beach ferries. Decent breakfast and really good value for what you pay/ staff was friendly and gave us several tips on how to reach several different places

Really cute place. We only stayed for a night. Comfortable beds and it’s placed next to amazing views! We had help from staff to get a day trip on boat which we recommend!

Wifi was not great but again didn’t bother us as we had our local Turkish sim.

Location was perfect, so close to everything. Great views of the ancient rock tombs and the river from the terrace where we had our breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. You need to ask for housekeeping when you need it but that didn’t bother us anyhow.

The bed was very squeaky. We couldn’t sleep well because of its noise. And also the walls are thin, you hear the other rooms.

The location is perfect, it very easy to reach everywhere especially if you don’t have a car. The view of the terrace is very lovely. The staff is very friendly.

The internet connection was poor, but maybe it's a village problem.

Perfect location, in the pedestrian area with the roof top over looking the ancient tombs. The check in check out was smooth. Everything was very clean

- big ball of hair behind the door in the bathroom - no bins in the room - fridge is shared (downstairs) - limited parking but bigger car park is 2 mins away - picture on booking.com suggests there is a pool but this is now covered and there is a seating area instead

- roof terrace is lovely and available all day with a lovely view - buffet breakfast is pretty good - location is right in the centre of everything and by the river - value for money is excellent

The room is a bit cramped.

Quiet. No mosque, road noise or cock crowing. Did't have neighbors, so don't know about sound-proofing. Friendly owner.
