The hotel tried to charge an extra (500 TR) to allow a professional to go up to the room on medical advice to perform a specific procedure. There is no variety on the breakfast menu. Infiltration in the bedroom ceiling.

I accidentally booked a room with 2 beds and I asked stuff to change it for 1 big bed (on booking com it has the same price) but stuff asked to pay extra All the furniture in the room have wierd spots on it. I think this hotel asks too high price. There are better price/ comfort options in the area. So I we moved out

What I like about Hotel is the Staff very friendly and helpful, the location is great, all services are close like supermarkets, restaurants & Coffee shops, the Hotel is very clean at last Car Parking, I recommend.

Shampoo quality in the bathroom was soo poor. It has created problem on my skin. There was no hair conditioner. Around 7am fire alarms started and I was awaken by that. It turned out to be a technical problem which lasted around an hour therefore I could not sleep longer. That could be a real alarm as well but they did not bother to inform what was going on in the building.

AC is not very bad. The rooms are like an oven. The door lock is damaged for one room. The hotel needs major Renovation. I was expecting more from 4 stars hotel.

1. Had to wait 40min for our room for no reason 2. Staff extremly rude 3. The bath had no plug and they refused to give us one, although the purpose of booking that hotel was for a bath tub 4. When we asked for the plug the stuff was rude and just put the phone down. 5.they understand english yet pretend they dont 6. Room was not clean 7. Towels smelled of smoke, so bad we couldnt use it 8. Loads of dirt and stuff from other guests underneath the beds. Clearly they dont clean under the beds. 9. At the restaurant the stafd was rude extremely annoyed they should help and almost threw the food on the table. 10. Ordered food when we asked for some of the items that wasnt on the plate they just said we dont have the items yet i had to pay full price. 11. Extremly thin walls you hear people around you talk 12. Housekeeping woke us up at 8,:15 wanting to clean the room *seriously? 13. Beds are hard Ive traveled in 60 different countries, by far the most rude and miss represented hotel. I asked for the manager and still havent received details. Prices advertised are not real

The AC wasn’t working the entire time so it was almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff about it and the technician they sent said that the AC just isn’t working and he can’t fix it. Not sure how they expect people to stay there without AC in the summer months.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I also liked that it was very clean.
