The front desk clerk was very rude, and sexist. Wouldn’t find us a handicap accessible room, said they were all booked, but when my husband came in, he “found” an available room. It only had one bed, and three of us wouldn’t fit. So, he “found” another room after I walked out. After that, they asked me for my signature, and I paid for the room, but he reached past me and handed the room key to my husband. Has no refrigerator, and the ice machine is out of order.

I selected a price/budget option so it served it's purpose but places like this also brings all kinds of people. There was a loud/domestic dispute in the hallways which I don't think staff addressed (police were called) and the walls are extremely thin so this made it hard to sleep.

They should not call this a motel. It is a hotel style. There are no king rooms on the ground floor, i would have booked elsewhere if had known this information. Staff was unfriendly when checking in. Did not explain where the room was, and seemed bothered by my asking.

Couldn't have windows open because cars parked right in front of windows. Sound between rooms is horrible . Upstairs neighbor, pulling chair around all hours of the night. Front desk told us they asked them to stop. They did not. Old junkie cars parked to the back full of stuff. I believe there are people living full time in the hotel. Didn't make us feel very safe. The area around the airport in Boise has sure gone down hill. I refused to go out after dark. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.

Front desk employees were nice, room was clean and bright when we could have windows open. Can have my dog without a huge fee.

The hallways were dirty, and there was no blow dryer, tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the rooms. Most of all, there is no blow dryer. You could hear the loud neighbors and people in the parking lot. There are some riff rafts since it's so cheap, unfortunately.

A larger shower would of been nice. As well as having a mini fridge and micro wave in the room. Also more then 3 pillows would of been nice on a king bed.

Pillows uncomfortable and flat. Only had 3. Not enough blankets. No shower pressure. Too much light through curtains at night. Lights too bright on bed side and extremely dim lamp on desk area. No way to adjust. Barking dog in nearby room late at night and cat in the window of another.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Price and location was great. No airplane noise.

The only complaint my wife and I had was how some of the staff, house keeper/maintenance worker, accused my wife of not picking up dog poop and then blamed her for other peoples pets. Nobody likes to be accused but especially so if you aren't guilty of the crime so to speak. I did notice ALOT of dog poop in the grass, by one of the entrance doors and I get the frustration from staff. However loose accusations based on frustration should not happen.

Overall the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had some upstairs neighbors who were extremely loud after hours and the next morning. After reaching out to front staff it was promptly taken care of. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location in the future if needed.
