Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI felt the bed was too soft/lumpy, towels had cigarette burns, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 people and when I went to front desk they didn't have extra to provide and housekeeping hadn't arrived yet. I accidentally booked on a day of travel and had to purchase another night. No offer for discount, even though I paid for a whole night for a room that was never slept in. Bathtub was backing up when I took a shower.
The renovation was nice looking. I like the doors placed on the outside since we had the dog with us.

United StatesThe room was minimal. There was no breakfast as advertised unless the coffee maker in the room counted as breakfast. The deadbolt on my door did not work so I didn't feel very safe considering there were a lot of noisy people in the other rooms and outside.

They were definitely updating the hotel. The guy at the front desk was terrific. I was just sorry the hotel did not match his demeanor.

United StatesThis is no longer a Roadway Inn, it is a National Parks Inn. They DO NOT have a pool. They do NOT serve breakfast. There was only 1 washer and dryer and they were in use so we went elsewhere.
The staff was kind and the location was great. We found a local laundromat and a BBQ restaurant.
