No bar, no restaurant. One of the reasons I picked your hotel was the availabilty of EV charging. Neither of the CCS chargers was working. NOT GOOD.

Zero guidance from staff. Front desk told us our breakfast was ala cart, when infact its a buffet. Lady working the buffet was less than friendly and did not help anyone at all yet asked for a tip. The bar tender the night before claimed to not be a bartender and could only serve beer or wine. Restaurant was out of half the items on the menu. Room was supposed to have a mountain view. We had a great view of a parking lot, not the mountains. Pool was closed

The room was very cold and there was no quilt on the bed just a thin cover. There was no option to control the heating within the room.

The room was spacious and there were plenty of facilities to use. There were lots of options to choose from during breakfast.

The outside of the property was messy. Garbage everywhere, it looked as if there was throw up at the front door in several places, where guest parked the weeds were tall and in order to get to parking lot we had to drive by mounds of garbage that looks like from homeless.

There was only one person working the check in counter at 9:30 at night. The key card reader wouldn’t work. The young lady was baffled. The line got longer and longer. She finally went and got the manager. He was kind and accommodating.

I didn't like that I couldn't enter the side entrance using my room key. I also didn't like that 2 of the 3 doors on the side entrance were locked and couldn't be opened from the inside. Seems like a hazard in the event the hotel had to be evacuated in an emergency. Also didn't like that I had to pay $10 a night for parking.

Liked the vanity being separate from the sleeping area.

When I was booking the room, there was no notice that their pool was not in operation. Our granddaughter was looking forward to swimming. The pictures of the pool was very nice but to our disappointment, the pool was closed.

The breakfast price was more than what I normally pay.

The fact that it states on website there is a shuttle to and from airport, and I emailed asking if there was one and was told yes, it had apparently not been running as a service for over 2 years, was one of the main reasons for booking that hotel, spoke to staff and they know its still on website but they were working to take it off. No housekeeping. Although staff were not rude at all, also not friendly or particularly helpful.

Room was lovely. Although out of Denver centre was easy to catch a bus and train to.

Finding the front entrance was a little confusing same as parking..... On the bed it looked like someone had walked on bed with shoes on( it had grass and dirt on it) The bed skirt was so big and hanging we kept tripping... we picked it up to move it out of the way.. and underneath there was pieces of dog food, Pieces of Cookies someone’s chapstick 🤢( I’m glad my 4year old didn’t find it before me) On one of the bed skirts it had some kind of white nasty creamy stuff on it (lord I was praying it was lotion) after finding that I felt so uncomfortable letting my 4 year old play/walk around... we didn’t mention anything to front desk as it was 10pm we were so tired after working all day and having to drive to the city for 3hours.. and had to be at an appointment at 6:30 am for my sons dental surgery.. the clock/ radio had the top cover broken.

I loved the waterfall.(maybe add light) ❤️ The bed was comfy the pillows were amazing.
