The van ride system is poorly organized. A Russian roulette as to whether one can get on due to flight crew dominance. Gibson's is a joke! Ridiculously overpriced. Insane, actually.

The check-in was a nightmare. I had the printed confirmation from Booking with me, but the employee couldn't find the reservation and was nearly ready to put me out on the street. He said that the hotel was fully booked and there wasn't a vacant room available. He suggested that I call Booking which I did. Booking indicated that they would call the Doubletree which I surmise did happen, as two hours after my initial approach to Reception a room was found for me. What a nightmare!!!

I booked a room with a king bed and upon check in I received a room with 2 full beds. When I went downstairs to question about the price of the room I paid for rather than switch rooms to make things more simple I was told that there is no price difference nor did anyone try to help get me what I paid for I was put off by the customer service. Everything else was fantastic and me and my fiancé dealt with the beds due to urgency of needing a room.

No comforter for the bed. The air conditioning in the room was pretty lousy/barely worked. It made it hard for both of us to sleep. The fact it cost 15 dollars to leave and come back is insane. I'm not sure if double tree gets any of that but this isn't down town its almost pathetic considering there is no security in sight or guards at toll booths.

Gym was inadequate, Starbucks coffee was sub par and overpriced. The tv, while very modern and good quality, lacked the ability to stream movies.

Nothing to complain about, I was so grateful and the place was fantastic. Luxury!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, despite being inundated with booking changes from disrupted travel (wild lightning storm). The bed was so comfortable and I slept very well. Oh, and the cookie was amazing. Having a courtesy shuttle from and to the airport was a big help.

Once we arrived at our room we had some problems but the staff came quickly to fix. The toilet didn't stop flushing, the phone wasn't working and there was neither soap nor shampoo nor conditioner in our bathroom. The bath looked cleam but there was some white dust at the bottom so we did not use it.

The entire room was big, very comfortable and with a beautiful view from the window. There was a spacious bathroom with good shower. Every thing seemed clean and working pretty well. They had forgotten to put some products for shower, but the staff came quickly with a lot of shampoo, soap and conditioner. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from a train station, what was great!
