Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe elevator smelled like pesticides, but I guess it's better than seeing bugs. I stayed on the 4th floor, which had a bad smell. The bathroom shower dripped Alll day & night. Which was very annoying at night.
I liked that it was walking distance from Niagra Falls.

United StatesI am currently disputing the charges for my room. I was incorrectly charged an additional $ 47.65 for my stay. I was charged more than what I was quoted (in writing from Booking.com). And Booking.com said they have to reach out to you and get this corrected. I reached out to Booking.com back on 9/21/23 and it is almost a month later with no results. Would greatly appreciate it if some one on a managerial level called me to discuss this matter. My phone number is 203-247-9097. This is very upsetting and I do hope this is not a routine business practice from your hotel.

Great location within an easy walk of the falls. We had a room with a view of the nightly fireworks over the falls, which was a bonus. Really helpful staff, really good gym and the bonus of a pool.
