Our only complaint is that the cleaning lady came and tried to get in the room at 7:10 am to do the cleaning. She said that her schedule indicated that we had checked out. So much for sleeping late.

We like the location. It is central to the places that we visit in Burlington. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the little balcony off the room. It was very quiet; no noise from anywhere.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was shot and you could only feel the metal coils. Fridge was leaking and the carpet in kitchen area was damp and smelly.

We booked a king bed, got a queen. Breakfast was a joke. I know not to expect much with free breakfast, but a muffin or donut would have been nice.

Ummm, we think there are some area long-term local residents that live there. Next to us was a guy that ride his bike and looked local.

Bed and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast was as expected; variety of offerings including some hot food. Area was clean despite being busy with guests.

Breakfast options were not great and paper plates and plastic cutlery were a new experience in a hotel. Have never seen that before.

Room was nice and spacious, bed was super comfortable. Girl checking me in at reception on the Thursday night was a star, so helpful, didn't catch her name but she deserves a mention.

Our room was next to housekeeping closet so we got woken up very early every morning by the noise. Doors are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway.

1)When you go to a hotel and there is food in the fridge and poop on the toilet seat, as well as yellow stains on the sheets: then you know they didn't clean. ( Had to bleach the heck out of the restroom before using it) 2) Door not sitting on hinges probably and wouldn't close if not slammed, also an exercise to open it, thus hindering the feeling of safety. And the shower head would leak all over the place ( this one is trivial but I'll just throw it in). Was it horrible? Not really. Did I want to spend time in the room? Not really. You be the judge. Oh and the room smelled like something, probably humidity...

Close to transportation but they also have a big parking lot. Close to a mall for convenience. Had a pool ( didn't use it but I suppose it's still good they have it) The staff is friendly and they even upgraded us to a sweet since we booked through Booking.com I think. Also it's quite affordable. Generally, if they fix the things listed in the negatives, I'd stop here again.

I booked especially because of the pool, knowing it was going to be a hot move-in day for my daughter. Was really looking forward to an end of the day swim. The pool was closed for painting (after Memorial Day !) , and I think that I should have been told that when making my reservation. Also, the small balcony off of my room was really dirty on the ground. I would have liked to sit outside but it wasn't appealing.

The eating area was a great asset so we could eat our take-out dinner, and have some utensils to use.

The carpet in the corridors is dirty. The wallpaper in our room was unstuck and the tv screen was worn out (room 268).

Breakfast was correct. Location of the hotel was perfect.
