Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesUsually I go there once or twice a month for a family matterfor several months now. Every time there is a issue. This time bathroom light did not work. Last time kitchen light didn't work. One time beddings were dirty. I cannot take a shower in a dark room. I had to take steps down ( elevator broken) and requested. Lia said manager assigned this room for me. She has to get manager's permission to change the room. 15 min later I was able to get different studio. I noticed both managers treat me really poor. No reason except booking.com had a issue for payment one time even though I paid to booking.com in advance. Lia and Kristopher are very nice and very helpful. But manages ( Cristal and Jonathan) look at me like a troublemaker coming there. Very sad. I cannot afford big money to stay in different hotel. I am very sad for managers' poor treatment towards me.

United StatesManager Cristal was very rude to me. I was extremely sad fir that. I stayed there 4 5 times by now. Last time she insulted me saying I bring trouble everytime. I said it was wrong. One time, as per her, booking.com did not pay to her so I had to pay by myself again to stay in the room. She try to get revenge from me afterthat. She was very nasty to me . Other members were helpful. I was extremely sad that day for the statements she threw at me without my fault.

United StatesIt felt a little like I was staying at some sort of homeless shelter. I don't quite understand how the place works, if there are city discounts for itinerate people. I didn't feel safe to do laundry in the basement. I really didn't like that there were extra charges to get items for the kitchenette. Afterwards, I realized I could have stayed a more normal hotel for less money and I could have had airport transportation to the hotel.

Breakfast was pretty sad. Not up to par with previous stays. Only one restaurant near facility. Not open mondays. Only open 7a to 3p other days. No other availability of meals. No housekeeping unless you stay more than 14 day’s. TV remote not working. Took three remotes before finding one that worked

I stayed here several times and it didn’t smell like that. My last two stays it smells like stale cigarettes. Management is not checking the floors. i stayed on different floors and they all smell like this is not good.

Breakfast was good. Location was also OK, need a lot more cleaning on the room floor. There was a black dust everywhere, and even top of the fridge was dirty, if by chance Towel was drop on floor it completely turn black. because the floor was completely dirty.
