Satisfied but the toilet is too small and low to the ground. Loved the shower!

I don't think I understood that Wednesday night's room rate was going to almost double. That should not be the case if you are booked for a whole 5 days

Both rooms were not "reserved," (one was) but ended up with both rooms nearby to one another, so ok. Room for two, but regular coffee for one. Fewer and fewer people are interested in cable. Should have Roku option with streaming services. Shower door was loose and did not stay shut all the way. Bathroom door was not a conventional door and didn't lock, and was hard to "slide" open and shut. Way too much light. Room was very "basic" for the price and kind of small. No microwave in the rooms - one public community microwave in the lounge area.

Staff was wonderful. Lounge/bar was very nice. Beds are comfortable. Awesome shower. Pool/spa is nice. Fitness room exceeds what is typical of a hotel. Large towels. The appearance/astetics of the hotel are very nice. Location is primo. Parking was great. No problem with noise, very quiet. 24 hr pantry is a great idea and very convenient. Elevators are large, look nice, and very fast both in calling and in motion.

Our first night there was great the second night no so great. My wife was asleep and was awaken by red ants crawling on her and the bed. I immediately call the front desk to let them know what had happened and they immediately sprang into action. We were immediately moved into another room a hypoallergenic room which was very comfortable.. We have stayed in many hotels in our travels and encountered different things. But your entire staff morning afternoon and evening.So I for got there names. We're very attentive and empathetic. And for that I say THANK YOU!!!!! And GOD BLESS. And I will be stay at you property again when we visit again.

Front desk staff was great, but night auditor was confused and provided incorrect information to the point that we left for the day and couldn’t get back in our room because the system checked us out. Luckily housekeeping had not cleaned so our belongings were in place. Male night manager was discriminatory and told front desk person that she could finish with me later and to help the Caucasian man behind me. I did not move until the front desk person finished with my situation. That put her in a bad spot but I was not going to be further disrespected. Beds were to soft.

Location was perfect for the places I needed to go.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was not included with my stay, an the charge was $10 per person to eat breakfast, which the breakfast was definitely not worth the $10.

I liked how clean, an friendly the staff was, I loved the jacuzzi an my daughter loved the pool.

the barn doors for the restrooms are a nice asthetic but not very functional. Mine stuck making it hard to get out of the restroom.

location, room and services were excellent for the event I was attending. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was included. They had a resturant in the hotel so having dinner late upon arrival was a bonus.

I waited an hour and half for my food which the kitchen had forgotten and were serving other diners who arrived well after me. By that time I had lost my appetite and went to my room. The bed linen were not ironed, in fact they looked as though already used. Could not sleep much, people shouting and laughing on the corridor in the middle of the night. The hotel was hosting a weekend venue . On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the lady on duty was very polite and gave me ideas what to see in Durham.
