Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBooking.com quoted me $84 including taxes and fees. When we got to hotel, desk charged us $107 with taxes and fees saying booking is third party and we need to pay hotel rate. When I went on booking site, said my trip was cancelled. We didn’t cancel it. We stayed at hotel as planned.
Great location. We loved the restaurant and bar on site. Clean rooms. Staff very pleasant. We came from pa to visit family. This hotel met all our accommodation needs.

United StatesStill have a hold on my card for $150 deposit and our room was checked out already by Monday 19th. Today is the 23rd. Aldo, our check out time was 12pm and cleaning maids were at the door at 11 knocking. Had no choice but to wake up at that point.
I liked that the bed was comfortable and location was easy to find.

United Stateswhen we got there was a problem with my payment and so I fixed it then the guy said it went through which they charged 150.00 for a deposit and I did not know that untill I got there then on top of that they waited for me to pay the bill to then tell me the pool is not working until the next day and still it was not ready until 12 noon when it was time for check out today we not only had to checkout at 12 but we still haven’t gotten our deposit and it is .5 pm
