It was a long walk and then had to go upstairs. Also there was dog poop on the lawn for the 2days.

There was a lot of space in the room.

I had to report some issues with the prior housekeeping effort and order additional toilet paper. I also reported some spiders which I had the dubious honor of showering with even though it was CLEAR that everything had been cleaned just prior to my arrival.

The location is great, just off the highway but sheltered enough so that there's no constant traffic noise when you're outside. I also think the staff is great for the most part and very responsive. The rooms are well kept and comfortable with all the amenities as promised.

I can’t even say them all I came home and my door was propped open with the latch and no housekeeping had not been inside room was still a mess bed not made I did check with a friend and nothing was taken BUT THE POINT IA HOW DID IT GET THAT WAY!! And when we checked in the whole team it was for a volleyball tournament myself and a few of the kids their keys didn’t work multiple times and your location is not a place we want kids walking around outside to have to get that fixed not enough lights outside very dark but when we went back to get the keys fixed the staff was not very polite about it

My biggest issue with my stay thos time was my TV was not working at all and front desk had now one to repair or even another room. But I told them my TV was out as soon as I got to the room at 3 pm . So my night was long 🙃 😪. They gave my a small discount on the room but nothing to make up for the inconvenience....

The rooms smelled sharply of cigarettes even though they were non-smoking. Also, the entry way to the room was cluttered with cigarette butts and was dirty. I was disappointed with the hotel and would not recommend it for anyone!

I specifically got this room because of the outdoor pool and included breakfast breakfast . When we arrived the pool was closed for the season for maintenance. Also we had requested handicap bathroom., because of our disabilities. They had no idea till I arrived and asked about bathroom. Apparently they don’t actually look at those special requests. Why I’m not sure. A lady at the front desk who came over once I started questioning about everything took over the discussion for the man checking me in. I asked her several times can we get some kind of discount since we are not getting anything we expected because at this point we are also told breakfast is a grab bag. Well she avoided my question every time and started talking about other things that did not even Pertain or matter to us. Finally I gave up I just took the keys and went to our room. So we get to our room and even though it was brought to their attention about needing a handicap bathroom because of disabilities they put us on the second floor which would of normally been fine but the only access was two flights of stairs no elevator which was a issue for us. We tried desperately to make good of the situation but all in all they completely failed us! Other issues were Dispensers in bathroom were not all in working condition even though they were full of product. There was a shelve in the kitchen cabinets was gross with dead bugs and crap. The so called grab and go breakfast bags had a juice , a apple, Gogurts , and granola bars. More like a child’s snack bag than a bagged breakfast . We were killing bugs that were crawling up the walls left and right our first day. This was supposed to be a nice little getaway but we ended up doing very little without the pool and the strain of two flights of stairs in and out of our room. They should not be advertising that they serve breakfast and have a outdoor pool if that is not the case I believe we call that false advertising!

Bathroom wasn't clean enough..mildew in tub around the caulking..room needed to be more deodorized...more bath rags and towels...plus booking and staying so often...every other weekend..1 night...after even 3 -4 times...should get a discounted price... otherwise..location..space... accomodations...r perfect for me and my hubby get away from home for the night . .just ourselves...thankz H

Items in the kitchen area did not seem clean, especially with all the supposedly extra Covid precautions. Also, people staying in room next door were outside my door and loudly talking until approx 11 PM - why were they even outside - just go in!!
