1. There was conflicting information about the check-in process on the booking.com app. Instructions with a door code were texted to me, but the booking.com app also had instructions in a different section to "bring ID to an office" located in the town, which I tried to do but couldn't find. The property manager was responsive to my phone call, but I'd enourage them to double check the instructions in the app to avoid confusion for future guests. 2. It snowed heavily during our stay and the unit was not provided with a snow shovel to clear out a walkway to the garage. 3. Would be great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Lacking this, it would have been helpful to include info about laundry machines on the premises.

Amazing view and location with excellent access to ski lifts. TV setup was comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with appliances. Comfortable beds. Loved the garage. We'd definitely come back.

One of the bathrooms was carpeted so that didn’t feel very hygienic. Very tight fit for people carrier in garage. No aircon but fans were provided. We’d have liked some local information provided.

Absolutely no food cooking supplies in the kitchen like cooking oil or salt. Didn’t realize it would be that un-stocked. There is no garage parking- but there is outside walk up parking for one car only.

Snow removal, distance to the Jacuzzi facility was really far away for a snow packed road! The “ski in ski out“ wasn’t what was promised! it was literally a hike through deep snow to get close enough to Bluejay to put your skis on. Leaving and returning. For literally the same price and not having to deal with stairs, Sunstone over at Juniper is a way better “ski and ski“ situation and way more user-friendly!

The sliding door to the balcony was broken, it was extremely hot with the fan not working. The only allowed 14 towels before they wanted to charge. We had 6 people for 7 days, so that wouldn’t work. There were also an influx of insects. My kids had spider bites all over them. The couches were very uncomfortable to sit and relax on.

Cons: 1. Garage doors are weirdly sized between the units where the consecutive unit is allocated with the garage door almost twice as big as its neighboring unit. We were unfortunate to have the unit with the tiny door so we barely fit out Expedition but I assume there is a high risk of damaging the car while parking if the driver is not very skilled (my mom used to be a commercial trucking driver and still barely managed so you get the message. 😂) The management needs to explicitly display the size of the garage door on their ads because I felt like this information was intentionally hidden while keeping the payment non-refundable though I hope I was wrong. I even saw other visitor with a camping car having to park outside the garage because he didn't expect this. 2. The management is not present on the site while the site is lacking the instructions and guidelines severely. I didn't get the impression that the lady who spoke on the phone was friendly either when I called a couple times for questions. You have to kind of "figure out" things your way at the risk of potential additional charge if failure occurs. 😂 Especially as for the trash bin, it is the gigantic metal container style located near the entrance with the doors in the front which is supposedly the "additional parking" though there is no sign whatsoever, and you are supposed to take the trash out before leaving. 3. The Google map will guide you to take some private road that will block you somewhere very top whilst the most of the roads are missing clear road signs. Had to call the office for this and reroute back inconveniently and quite dangerously due to the road being very narrow. The management needs to provide more guidance with finding their location on their ads if they wish to avoid or minimize annoying calls. 😂 4. It is a 2-story building with not much soundproofing, if at all. You will hear noises from the upstairs including the footsteps. Be prepared.

Pros: 1. Very nice and ultra large matress 2. Water runs nicely with roomy bathtub 3. Located on the relatively upper part of the mountain so very quiet and peaceful

The dog hair, and that is it!

The location was great - condo had phenomenal views! The staff, in particular Diane, was so kind and helpful. For the most part, our condo was clean and tidy. We noticed a little bit of dog hair on our clothes, but I believe the condo did not allow pets, so I am not sure that they are at fault for that. All in all, I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was too short to fully enjoy the variety of activities available in the area, lakes, horses, boating, sight seeing, etc. We only booked three days for our extended family of 8 people.

The 4 bedroom/3 bath condo was well furnished, stocked to meet our every need, and very well located. The facilities (pools, spa, gym. clubhouse) were readily accessible and awesome. Having a two car garage was great and we had easy access to both the natural sights and shopping in the area. Front desk staff were very supportive and accommodating.

There was no access to the laundry machines in my unit even though it said I’d have access it was locked. Also the sauna was closed which also said was available, and the hot tub pool area had a funky smell. We didn’t even want to go in it. Stick the lakes and rivers.

Loved the indoor/outdoor feel with the floor to ceiling windows. Rustic mountain feel through out the rental. Very cute.

The only issue is when I planned the trip with my family I scouted the snow report and saw no snow in the forecast and wasnt aware how high up on the mountain the location is, so instead of bringing my suv i brought the minivan so the kids could enjoy the travel experience more. Long story short this location I will always bring the suv regardless of the forecast cause this location is so high on the mountain the roads are best with an SUV. In my opinion this warning should come with the property booking so people are well aware before traveling.

Room was very small. WiFi didn't work very good at all. Had to use my cell phone as a hotspot for the TV to use Netflix.

Manager was very friendly. He gave us a private garage to use even though it was not included in our reservation. Their service was great!

roads were icy and snowy - couldn't get car up the hill the night we arrived. even with chains. I didn't realize how high up the condo was and how hilly and tough it would be to get car through that snow
