So if you don’t want to walk through the souks you can easily use the main road. The staff was also very helpful, especially Ahmed. A very helpful staff member.

Nice staff and breakfast. Good aircondition for the cold weather. Great location not to far into the Medina. If you are very sensitive to sound I would recommend the deluxe room, it was completely quiet. The standard had some noise from the street, but it common among all hotels in the riad. We got a very good recommendation for a city guide which was very nice as the medina is easy to get lost in. We would usually not have guide, but it was very worth it here. Our guides name was Idris, we recommend to ask for him. He was with us all day and took us to all the best spots. The Hammam was also great, very nice ladies

Wonderful breakfast either served in the dining room or on the terrace. Stunning views while lounging on the rooftop(s). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and gave us great local recommendations. The breakfast was delicious! Great location for visiting all the main sights in the medina.

Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, with Youssef contacting us directly and helping us arrange a transfer from the airport directly to the Riad. The Riad itself had been refurbished very recently, but felt very authentic with lots of attention to detail. The food was excellent and the rooftop terrace was a really great place to relax after a long day traveling. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Riad Zaya Fes was absolutely perfect, mainly thanks to Youssef and his team. He was in contact with us even before our arrival, providing all the necessary information and organizing everything very well. He explained clearly how to reach the parking area, met us there personally, helped with our luggage, and made our arrival completely stress-free. Youssef was almost available around the clock, extremely helpful, and very well organized. He also arranged the airport transfer, which worked smoothly and reliably. Throughout our stay, he gave us plenty of useful information about the city and great tips for sightseeing and excursions. We felt very well taken care of at all times.
