We could organize all the activities with them and it was very easy and they provide all: transfers, local recommendations, atlas mountain, tour guide in Medina, Agafay, Hamman…Many plans to enjoy. We truly recommend to come here if you want to discover Marrakech essence.

Clean and fresh, stylish, plants in pots are a nice touch, central pool v inviting, staff genuine and very helpful, breakfast freshly cooked, plentiful, coffee delicious and clean, location is perfect right in the heart of the medina just minutes from the main Djemma square, good value for money

Rigtig god morgenmad, med brød,ost,oliven, frugt m.m. Peronalet meget søde, og giver gerne gode oplysninger om, hvad man bør se, og hvad man bør undgå. Også gode råd om de tricks, som man benytter sig af overfor turister. Blev kørt til den store plads, da jeg skulle hjem,på knallert gennem medinaen....Lækker,traditionel riad.

Very close to the Jamaa El-Fna place, but hidden in a quite small street. The courtyard is absolutely stunning. We spent much of our stay sitting there, drinking tea and listening to birds sing. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop, with the company of cute cats. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Our room on the ground floor is beautiful! With super high ceiling, coloured windows and traditionally walled bathroom.

The place is great well located, clean and great value.

KOUTOBIA ROYAL ligger i Marrakech, 8 minutters gang fra Le Jardin Secret og 800 m fra Musee de Mouassine. Værelserne har aircondition og et privat badeværelse. I like the hospitality, the breakfast and the rooms. The shower was perfectly hot. The location was absolutely perfect, which was right across from where typically get picked up for tours which was extremely convenient. The rooftop also had a very nice view which was nicer than any rooftop bar we went to. I actually love this spot as it was a central location to walk to the center add to any location that I wanted to visit. The host was also very nice as I did get a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Note that our flight got three hours delayed, and yet our host and driver was very patient. The rooms are very big and the beds were really comfortable. I was a bit worried about the noise outside, however they did recently install a door at the balcony, which provided enough insulation to not hear the noise outside Even when I said they didn’t need to clean my room, they still did and went above, and beyond to make all of my messy clothes on my bed all folded and nice . The Moroccan tea was so good. I couldn’t ask for a more convenience spot on the first two days
