The location of the hotel could not have been better. It is a very short walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa, with wonderful food and music throughout the night. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with excellent views of Mountains and sunrise. The Spa offered a Hammam and Massage combination which left me feeling extraordinarily refreshed! The rooms are modern and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I only booked three nights and they were full as I tried to extend my stay. They carried my bags to the new hotel.

Denne riad har en god beliggenhed i Medina-distriktet.... Clean and nice place, with a great rooftop where you get a nice breakfast and can enjoy the small pool. Staff was kind and always helped us when we had questions or requests. It is in a calm area, out of the busy part of town but still close to it, easy walk from the main square.

Great location, in Medina, close to Jamaa el-Fnaa square, but in the quiet alley. Anas is a great host, very kind, helped us with everything. We had exceptional breakfast served at the terrace, where you can also enjoy city in the evening from above. Riad is very nicely furbished, many details. Totally recommend!

The center of Marrakesh is an incredibly lively place full of people. However, when you enter the hotel, you find yourself in an oasis of peace. An incredibly beautiful place.

The location was incredible, and the facilities very nice! I would most definitely recommend this Riad to everyone I know! You get great value for the price you pay! The Riad employees are some of the nicest people I have ever met, they made the vacation 10 times better!

Location so central to Old town, square, markets… and easily accessible to New town . Breakfast in the Riad was so lovely, and served with a friendly smile. The staff can’t do Enough for you.

The riad is beautiful. We had a very beautiful and comfortable room and the location is perfect: in the middle of the Medina, but still quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. Our host Ayoub helped us before we even arrived with an airport shuttle and he answered our questions about our trip in other parts of Morocco. During our stay, he made us feel at home in the riad. I'll definitely come back!

The riad was conveniently located near the jemaa elfnaa and the location is safe and accessible. If you have luggage, it is near the main road and easy to navigate to the riad. For the price and the location, the riad is worth it. If you are looking for single or double room, highly recommend. We booked a room for 3 pax and it was abit crammed cause there was an additional single bed. Regardless, the stay was enjoyable and highly recommend

KOUTOBIA ROYAL ligger i Marrakech, 8 minutters gang fra Le Jardin Secret og 800 m fra Musee de Mouassine. Værelserne har aircondition og et privat badeværelse. I like the hospitality, the breakfast and the rooms. The shower was perfectly hot. The location was absolutely perfect, which was right across from where typically get picked up for tours which was extremely convenient. The rooftop also had a very nice view which was nicer than any rooftop bar we went to. I actually love this spot as it was a central location to walk to the center add to any location that I wanted to visit. The host was also very nice as I did get a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Note that our flight got three hours delayed, and yet our host and driver was very patient. The rooms are very big and the beds were really comfortable. I was a bit worried about the noise outside, however they did recently install a door at the balcony, which provided enough insulation to not hear the noise outside Even when I said they didn’t need to clean my room, they still did and went above, and beyond to make all of my messy clothes on my bed all folded and nice . The Moroccan tea was so good. I couldn’t ask for a more convenience spot on the first two days
