Romantic Hotels in Lienz

The view from the balcony is something that I have never seen before, it did not get boring at all. Included breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had, with so many options. Staff were all friendly. Even though I didn’t use the facilities, they had a wellness centre and pool. Room was good size and well provided for.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was superb. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the view was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional hotel! Facilities are great: lovely spa, indoor + heated outdoor pool (used it even in the cold!), amazing breakfast with fresh everything. The ski room and secure garage were really handy too. Already want to go back — highly recommend!

Room is a part of house directly in downtown of city, 5min walking from railway station.. Everything is close, no car needed in this area. Room was on 1st floor, no necessity to use the lift but for higher floors, the possibility to use it... Fully arranged appartement with all necessary you need for longer or shorter trips. We stayed there only one night, but we recommend it as well for longer stays , we felt there as at home..nice, cozy. Despite the building is located directly in main street of city, calm appartment with no negative echo from teh street. We had the view to the mountains close the the Lienz.

My parents loved coming back for their 50th anniversary, having got married there all that time ago. Thank you for the additional extras and fantastic communication. You made it so special for them

This old hotel in the pedestrian precinct in Lienz is a real gem. While the hotel is very old world, the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast spread in the dining room was superb and the hotel's sauna and pool area is a great place to relax at the end of the day. The view over the city and of the rugged mountains is amazing. I rate this hotel as the best value for money of any accommodation that I have booked during 8 weeks in Europe. It is also located only 5 minutes walk from the station which makes it very easy if you are traveling by train.

Modern room, clean friendly staff, excellent dinner and breakfast

Large and well furnished apartment (even though I did not use most of it as solo traveler). Clean, everything thought about carefully with excellent staff (at reception)

Loved the magical location, the beautiful apartments and the host was very accommodating and generous. Easy communication and the superior apartments exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Most comfortable bed of our 6 week Euro trip. Clean and quiet in great location just a stroll from old town. Lovely meal available at stylish restaurants downstairs. Free parking onsite

Excellent location for our trip again this year

This was a lovely B&B close to the Grosslockner Pass. The host Babsi was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of the Dolomites from the balcony and the breakfast in the morning.
