Easy check in and perfectly tidy and clean room in the heart of Leinz.

Large apartment, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. Large terrace with table and chairs/sun loungers - it's so big you could even ride a bike on it. The bed is large, medium hard - very comfortable for us, but it's a matter of taste. The kitchen is packed up to the roof with everything you can need, including coffee pods in quantity sufficient for the whole stay. Shops, restaurants, railway and bus terminal - all within walking distance. Total silence at night. We had a wonderful time here, thank you.

Lovely top floor apartment. Very comfortable beds, nice sitting room with a balcony. Small kitchen area, but it is adequate for a short stay. The apartment was warm (it was January so snowy), safe parking, good supermarket a few steps away, and very close to the old town.

Our stay at Gabmayr was nothing short of a dream. The apartment was impeccably clean, and a lot more spacious than the photos let on, as well as being within short driving distance from great hiking and swimming spots. Otto and Hildegard went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home in Lienz. It is rare to find the level of kindness and hospitality displayed by them, and we are so grateful to have met such lovely people! We will never forget them, and even our departure rendered us emotional as we said auf widerhesen to them both. Thanks you so much for the beautiful stay and have fun on your Australia trip! 🫶

Great apartment in the heart of town and with parking! Huge space with everything you would want.

It was nice to have a lot of small Nutellas :). Also the coffe machine was excellent. The app was very clean. There is floor heating which is nice as well.
